Parade starts at 11:oo am. Plan accordingly. Pink button down, pink scarf, black 40something jacket ,black felt hat black saddle pad, jeans and boots.
Let’s meet at Parker Bowie arena in Iva SC and enjoy a winter ride. Bring lunch and drinks. Ride out at 11am.
Meet from noon to 1:00 for brief business discussion/sack lunch.
1:00-4:oo will be craft time. Blank gourds will be supplied along with availability of some paints and drilling/cutting/sanding tools. Do a little research beforehand and come prepared with a design in mind. Several design books are available to help with ideas.
Monthly roundup. Dinner. Good chat. 50/50 raffle with an additional small prize.
Cowgirls let’s get together and plan our yearly calendar. We can meet at Back Country Tack shop, do some shopping and have a great BBQ lunch for 7$. Let’s support our community businesses. Bring some good ideas! This is your chapter! See you around noon. Bring a friend!
Drill team, trick riding, cowboy history, parade of hounds, fox hunting, mounted archery, trail safety, vendors. This expo covers it all. Come out and support the SC horse council. 10am to 4pm.

Cowgirls we’re going to ride Saturday at Fell Hunt Camp, 1369 Cedar Springs Rd, Bradley, SC. You can start either at the Fell camp or from Toni Vonruden’s house 181 Tuck Rd, Bradley SC., at the top of the trail. Camp if you like, primitive. 10$. We will have a chili dinner at Toni”s when we arrive there. If you’re leaving from campground, be ready to ride at 11am. We’re going to see the eclipse! Best spot in US for viewing. Come camp, ride, and enjoy . There are cabins, rooms, campsites available. primitive camping. Showers, water available. Call campground for reservations.
Weekend trip – get away. Horses, games, food and fun. Cost approx. $100 plus for the weekend. Food and personals not included.
Come join the Laurens Club memorial for Mr Shull, spring ride. Primitive camping, generators allowed. Steak dinner on Saturday night with entertainment. Sandy road trails mostly. Large meadow for parking big rigs. Trails are mixed high desert, two-track and cow trails with a few sections of volcanic rock. Gentle roling elevation changes. AERC organized endurance ride (fees are dependent on distance: 25, 55, 75) with a 10 mile introductory trail ride.
Join the BCHSC group for guided trail rides, BBQ dinner Saturday, and breakfast Sunday morning. Lets support this wonderful group that keeps our trails clear and safe!
This one day clinic will be headed up by Martha Peddicord at JandA Stables in Donalds SC. She will go over how different bits work in horses mouth, choosing the best bit for you and your horse, how to balance your saddle to improve your comfort and safety. Guarantee your spot by paying in advance-call Eileen Hofstatter 864-378-1597 $45.00. No horses. Bring lunch and a chair.
Let’s ride in beautiful NC. South Mountain Park has it all. you must reserve a horse stall separately in order to stay in equestrian camp. They have bedding, water, electric. showers. Miles of trails. Negative coggins required. Shoes or boots recommended. We’ll be meeting up with other chapter cowgirls too.

Join us for a fundraiser trail ride with our partners BCHSC. We’ll ride from Fell hunt camp to Parsons Mountain recreation area. Lunch will be served by the lake . Saxons food truck will serve lunch. Ride out at 10am. Proceeds are going to restore the hitching rails at the lake.
Dublin Tx rescheduled St. Patrick’s day parade combo with their reunion parade. Line up at 9:30 Parade at 10:30. Always a fun event.
Comanche Rodeo parade and grand entry. Line up no later than 4pm for judging on West Grand Ave in front of the Comanche Funeral home, Comanche Tx. Full parade attire-pink button down, pink polo wraps on front only, straw hat or helmet, pink scarf. Black saddle pad. Negative Coggins will be checked.

The weather should be good and hot, time for a dip in a pool. Bring a favorite snack and beverage Rhonda is making lunch. Please contact Rhonda if you plan to attend. We will have a brief meeting and prospective members are welcome.
Monthly meeting. 6 PM at Pasta Fina in Stephenville.
4th of July parade. Line up starts at 7am and parade begins at 9am. Rain or shine (unless its dangerous weather). Parking will be in the waterpark parking lot.
Hico Settlers parade. Full parade attire (without scarf and polo wraps, too hot). Parking behind the fire department on the grassy area. Parade starts at 7pm.
Let’s cool off during the hottest month of the year! Give the horses a break. Swim, tube, and have lunch at cowgirl Donna Mayeur’s home in Seneca SC Lake Keowee. Bring your favorite dish, a towel, and bathing suit.
Social gathering, guests and public welcome. Music and adult beverages available. A great way to cool off after our weeks of unbearably hot weather, chat with our cowgirl sisters, and make plans for when/where our next trails rides will happen.
3-day liberty and bridleless clinic provided by Gamilah Unbridled and Modern-Day Horsemanship. Is is their only clinic on the West Coast this year (were just in Canada and Texas). If it is too late to sign up with your horse for the 3 days, they do offer auditing for $35/day.
*if you are unfamiliar with Gamilah Unbridled, it was a journey cross country and documnted on FB. Patrick rode his Arabian mare bridleless (and she was a rock star even in city traffic) to bring awareness to his charity for underprivileged kids…..and kinder treatment for our horses.

Let’s get together and swim at Angela Rey’s house in Belton. This will be a roundup meeting to plan our fall fling, so members please come! BYOB, bring swimsuits, towels, sunscreen and snacks. Let’s cool off! If you know of any prospective members bring them over!

We have all been wanting to do this for several years and finally decided to set a date. Dinner is served at 6:00, costs $45 CASH. We plan to leave Prineville at 4:00 for the 2 hour drive down to Silver Lake. Looking forward to enjoying the famous food that they serve.
Stephenville chapter has invited a licensed firearms / safety instructor to give us some tips and information about personal safety. She will go over many things including how to use what you have in a horse trailer as a safety instrument. This is very important as we do not live in a safe world. She will charge $75 per person payable that night cash or check. It’s worth it ladies!! Please invite friends … they don’t have to be 40SC … it’s important information!
