Our monthly Grub night will be on January 25, 2024 at Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant on Foothill Blvd. We will be discussing upcoming events, year end awards party, holiday party, slush funds, memberships and much more. Let’s get our ride on at Jen’s. We will meet at no0n, bring something to eat or snack on and something to drink. There are oil field roads and some could be rocky. If your horse is barefoot, you will probably want boots for your pony. The terrain is mostly sand except the roads. Wonder what kind of critters we might see?m
Come out and watch our very own Rock Springs Grizzlies Hockey team play on their home ice. Game will be on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 7 pm a the Rock Springs Family Rec Center Ice Arena, 3900 Sweetwater Drive, Rock Springs WY 82901. Tickets are $10 each. If you go take a selfie and send to Susan to get on the roster.
We will gather up, laugh, eat and plan our month. Bring your ideas for any new events and we will discuss them during the meal.
Some of y’all have been wanting to paint these horseshoes. We can gather around and do a little crafting and alot of laughing. If you have any old horseshoes, bring them, if not we will have some there.
Attending the annual Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Big Game Banquet on February 10, 2024 at the Events Complex. Starts at 5 pm. Raffles, games, dinner.
Let’s go bowling. Sunday February 18, 2024 at 1 pm. We might have to wait for an lane, but it doesn’t usually take too long. Cost is $4 per game. Please let me know if you are interested in going so we can get a head count.

Monthly dinner gathering will be at Los Cabos on February 27, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Kari won the basket, so she will bring it to this dinner. We decided to donate a buckle for the Sweetwater Ranch Sort Club, and also for the Wild West Outlaws gymkhana 40 and over age group. Slush fund is $492.00. before the deduction for buckles.
The 7th and final gymkhana of the winter series will be on March 2, 2024 at the indoor arena in Rock Springs. Entries start at 9 am. For more information contact Susan Nichols.

This is a benefit for Carly and Ben Hautala. Cade pass away on January 21, 2024. We will do a Silent Auction, Dollar Raffles and a food truck. We will begin playing Xtreme Music Bingo starting at 7 PM. Cost of the boards are $10.00 for your 1st and $5.00 for any additional boards per category. Categories will be determined soon. This is the 69th year to hold the annual fundraiser in support of our little parish of St. Helen’s. Lots of great raffle prizes and lots of great auction items. Dinner is Corned Beef and Irish Stew. Come on out! Tickets available at the door. See you there.
Join the cowgirls and area law enforcement agencies for a night of bingo, games, raffles and fun, honoring Fallen Officer Nevada Krinkee. This is a fundraiser for this young officer’s family. Bingo cards are $10 each. Event will be on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Doors open at 6 pm. Please see flyer for further details. 
“Cops & Dobbers” is Sweetwater County’s way of giving back to a fallen officer from the Sheridan Police Department.
Sheridan Police Officer Sgt. Nevada Krinkee was killed in the line of duty on 2/13/24. Sgt. Krinkee leaves behind a loving wife and family.
The Green River Police Department, Rock Springs Police Department, and the Sweetwater County’s Sheriff’s Office are hosting a night of Bingo, silent auction, and raffles. All funds raised will be donated to Sgt. Krinkee family.
The Food Dude will be providing for purchase as well as drinks will be available.
The cowgirl annual bake sale to raise money for our t-shirt sale for Autism Awareness. There will be lots of goodies and maybe even a few non food items. Come out and support us, supporting a special cause.
This class is to help educate on what to do in different emergency scenarios. We will be discussing what to do and what not to do. What gear to have for example what to keep in a bag in your vehicle if it breaks down on the side of the road. What to keep in your house if the power goes out. If this sounds like something you want to learn come out to Coal Train Coffee Depot and check it out!

Come out as Queen Jen gets some free “labor” out of us. We will gather the cattle and work them this day. Make sure you bring something to drink and maybe a snack or two.
After “working” the cows, we will need something to eat and probably drink!
Defensive Pistol 1 is the class to get you started in concealed carry
Working from the holster, we go thru presentation, sight picture, trigger press, and stance. The same as Basic Pistol, except now we are learning the difference between cover and concealment, different types of reloads, malfunction clearance, and shooting while moving, Class requires pistol, 2 Magazines at least, holster, magazine pouch, ear and eye protection, 250 rounds, snacks, and drinks. A camp chair is not a bad idea either.
