Back Country Horsemen Of Texas are hosting this annual New Year’s Day Ride. You can come for the weekend or just the day. Bring a potluck dish to go with the black eyed peas for lunch. The only fee is for the park. If you’re staying overnight, make sure you make reservations in advance. Coggins are checked at the park entrance.
We will meet at Cowgirl Tam’s house. Bring all of your event ideas.
It’s Roundup time again Cowgirls! Let’s eat some really good pizza, have a drink, make merry and discuss all thinks horsey and plan some shenanigans to get into.
Let’s meet at Parker Bowie arena in Iva SC and enjoy a winter ride. Bring lunch and drinks. Ride out at 11am.
Come by and do some shopping, visiting, and retail therapy with Gypsy Jewel. Snacks and Drinks will be provided.

Cowgirl Judi is hosting a game night in their game room. Bring your favorite games and family to enjoy a night of fun!! Food and drinks will be provided.

Eddie Rodriguez will make a special visit to work with attendees. He will be playing with the horses and their riders for a fun and educational experience
We will be delivering Valentine Goodie Bags for the residents of the Big Spring Skilled Care Facility.
Cowgirls we’re going to ride Saturday at Fell Hunt Camp, 1369 Cedar Springs Rd, Bradley, SC. You can start either at the Fell camp or from Toni Vonruden’s house 181 Tuck Rd, Bradley SC., at the top of the trail. Camp if you like, primitive. 10$. We will have a chili dinner at Toni”s when we arrive there. If you’re leaving from campground, be ready to ride at 11am. Go out and do some shopping at the Petticoats on the Prairie. Our Coahoma Cowgirl Kathy Edwards will have a booth there. It is 6.00 per person to get in. Please Contact Raela James (Coahoma, TX Queen) if you go so you can get on the roster.
Hickory Creek WMA is a beautifully rugged, fun place to ride. The trails are now well marked and clear. You DO need a conservation pass to ride there, unless you already have an OK hunting or fishing license.
We will meet at Memaw’s house and ride out at 10:00.
Jump on your horse or mule and have some fun while also helping to maintain the trails at Big Mineral. Bring some loppers and a snack. Big Mineral is a pretty rugged ride with some fairly steep hills. Its not rocky though and your steed can go barefoot. Also, theres no fee to ride there.
We will eat Lunch at Mary’s Café in Coahoma, Tx.
We’re going to see the eclipse! Best spot in US for viewing. Come camp, ride, and enjoy . There are cabins, rooms, campsites available. primitive camping. Showers, water available. Call campground for reservations.
We’re honoring the life of a great Cowgirl. We’ll be having her favorite trail ride lunch after, bologna sandwiches. I think someone is smoking a bologna. So bring a potluck dish to share.

Come join the Laurens Club memorial for Mr Shull, spring ride. Primitive camping, generators allowed. Steak dinner on Saturday night with entertainment. Sandy road trails mostly. Saturday sale starts at 9 am with wagons, trailers, antiques, & farm equipment. Consignment mules start an hour after that. If anyone is interested in more, Thursday @ 4pm is a trail competition & Friday is the tack sale
