Join us and other Texas Chapters for the FWSSR Parade.

FULL PARADE ATTIRE!!!!!!

Please have your 40SC pink blouse, 40SC black jacket, black felt hat or helmet, fuchsia wild rag,  blue jeans. Horse needs 40SC black saddle pad, pink polo wraps. Depending on weather you can layer under parade attire. Gloves to be handed out at parade if they are to be used.

Please have your waivered filled out and either back to your Queen or mail them to FWSSR. I have placed the link below for you. They are due by Nov 30th, NO fax or email entries will be excepted. More information as it comes to us will be posted!

• All parade participants must review and sign a Participant Release Form. Release Forms must accompany the organization’s application at time of submission.
• Participants must carefully read and abide by all Parade rules.
• Health Papers: All horses and other equine are required to have proper health papers to participate in the parade or enter staging area. Riders must be in possession of health papers at all times. See ” Official Health Requirements” as provided in the application information for mandatory health requirements on horses and other equine.

We have a monthly Craft night on the 3rd Tuesday of Every Month. They will be held at Joy Haut’s house. We will select the craft during our Monthly Roundup the previous month, to give Joy time to get all the supplies.

January – We will be making Valentine’s Day decor – A rag garland and Gnomes.

Come by and do some shopping, visiting, and retail therapy with Gypsy Jewel. Snacks and Drinks will be provided.

Come join us at Queen Candace’s for some fun games!  We will switch it up from time to time on what games we are playing, but it will always be a great time. Bring a snack to share, Punch and water will be provided.

January – BackFire – If you don’t know how to play, we will teach you. It is really pretty easy, and fun!!

Come and Enjoy a trail ride (weather permitting) on a great stretch of land!!

Join us for dinner, drinks and trivia. Bring your random facts knowledge and a friend (spouses are always welcome)! Please let us know day of if you’re planning on joining  in on the fun so that we can reserve a table.

Cowgirl Judi is hosting a game night in their game room. Bring your favorite games and family to enjoy a night of fun!! Food and drinks will be provided.

Come and dance the night away to some good ole traditional country music!! It is 5.00 at the door to get in.

Location TBD at previous monthly meeting. typically within 1-3 hour drive of Greenwood (Monahan State Park, San Angelo, Moss Creek Lake or similar). We will probably have lunch after. Come for as long or little as you can. Some may ride for 1 hour and others more!

EVENT LOCATION UPDATED!

Bring a friend, your ideas for events and fundraisers! We will be doing a pot luck (facility is also BYOB) during the meeting. Afterwards there will be axe throwing, archery, corn hole & darts! Please let us know if you are able to make it day of so that we can plan the potluck and let the venue know a head count.

Join us for dinner, all the 411 and swag bags the night prior to our 6th Annual 40 SC Cruise. Please let us know if you plan to attend and what meal you would like to order from our limited menu (via our cruising Facebook page). So excited to see y’all!

We had to postpone the ride at Joy’s due to weather, So we have adjusted it and we are going to San Angelo State Park Saturday instead. Some people are going Fri-Sun – come when you can. We will have a group ride on Saturday at 10 AM .

We are all going to start off at Joy‘s house, as a meeting point, and then head out from there. Be in your saddle by 6 PM so we can get out and have a good ride before it gets dark.

Bring your favorite soup and come enjoy a time of fellowship and learning. We are going to watch horse training video’s by Clinton Anderson and discuss what we have learned.

Spring Break Girls trip to Prude Ranch for some outdoor adventures.

We will be Trail Riding at Prude Ranch.

We will be riding from Gentry Wimberely’s house to Canyon Road Bar and Grill. This will be a 6-7 mile ride with drink stops if needed. we are planning to unload at Gentrys then convoying trucks and trailers to Canyon Road we will have a cowgirl uber to take the drivers who are also riding back to the horses. We will be Trail Riding at Big Bend National Park.

We will have dinner at Jetts in Marfa, Tx.

We will be in Marfa Texas watching the Marfa Lights.

We will be watching and discussing Training Video’s by Clinton Anderson and sharing our favorite snacks. We will meet at Halie’s and watch the video’s in her theater room.

We will meet at Judi’s and ride out to the cotton fields at 10:00.
