Our monthly Grub night will be on January 25, 2024 at Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant on Foothill Blvd. We will be discussing upcoming events, year end awards party, holiday party, slush funds, memberships and much more. Come out and watch our very own Rock Springs Grizzlies Hockey team play on their home ice. Game will be on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 7 pm a the Rock Springs Family Rec Center Ice Arena, 3900 Sweetwater Drive, Rock Springs WY 82901. Tickets are $10 each. If you go take a selfie and send to Susan to get on the roster.

The lodge opens at 6:00 to claim your seats for Bingo. Bingo starts at 6:30- you DO NOT have to be a lodge member to play Bingo.

During the break, they will run a 50/50 and do Queen of Hearts. Everyone can play the 50/50 but only members can play the Queen of Hearts.
You must play all first 7 games to play the Blackout at the end. The cost to play Blackout is $5 for 12 cards.

Monthly dinner gathering will be at Los Cabos on February 27, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Kari won the basket, so she will bring it to this dinner. We decided to donate a buckle for the Sweetwater Ranch Sort Club, and also for the Wild West Outlaws gymkhana 40 and over age group. Slush fund is $492.00. before the deduction for buckles.

This is a benefit for Carly and Ben Hautala. Cade pass away on January 21, 2024. We will do a Silent Auction, Dollar Raffles and a food truck. This is the 69th year to hold the annual fundraiser in support of our little parish of St. Helen’s. Lots of great raffle prizes and lots of great auction items. Dinner is Corned Beef and Irish Stew. Come on out! Tickets available at the door. See you there.
Join the cowgirls and area law enforcement agencies for a night of bingo, games, raffles and fun, honoring Fallen Officer Nevada Krinkee. This is a fundraiser for this young officer’s family. What gear to have for example what to keep in a bag in your vehicle if it breaks down on the side of the road. What to keep in your house if the power goes out. The Farm Fest & Plowing Competition is the largest plowing competition on the West Coast, with 20+ teams of draft horses and mules.
See demos and meet the teamsters. Join for a day of old-time farming fun at this year’s event with Pioneer Kids’ activities, tours of the museum and 1880’s Hutchcroft School, old-time music, food and more!

This is a day event put on by Extreme Trail Sports. Great for those new to the sport. Day rentals for stalls are available and should be reserved when you register but stalls will be paid for the day of the event.

Saturday Morning: In-Hand event obstacles are completed dismounted. You may be saddled, halters with leads are recommended. All non-riding equines are welcome to compete.
Saturday Afternoon: Obstacle Course is a mounted event in an area/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome.
There is a variety of terrain throughout the property. The facility has gravel roads throughout. The arena has sand footing. The trails have dirt, mixed gravel, wooded area, and lots of trees.

In Hand: $24-$44
Continental Breakfast: $5 donation
Lunch: $8 donation for beef chili and chicken enchilada chili with chips and drinks
In addition to the registration fee paid to ETS, a $10 facility fee will be collected the day of the event to support the ranch.

Defensive Pistol 1 is the class to get you started in concealed carry
Working from the holster, we go thru presentation, sight picture, trigger press, and stance. The same as Basic Pistol, except now we are learning the difference between cover and concealment, different types of reloads, malfunction clearance, and shooting while moving, Class requires pistol, 2 Magazines at least, holster, magazine pouch, ear and eye protection, 250 rounds, snacks, and drinks. A camp chair is not a bad idea either.
