Kick summer off with an evening of rodeo action.  From the classic event of bareback riding, saddle bronc, the fan favorite of bull riding, the pretty gals and fast horses of barrel racing and all the timed events as well.

Gates open at 6pm and rodeo action kicks off at 7pm.

From the classic events of Saddle Bronc , bareback, the fan favorite of bull riding, and the pretty girls & fast horses of barrel racing.  Don’t forget the classic timed events of team roping, steer wrestling, and calf roping.

Pre Show events may vary but they usually have mutton busting, teen cash scramble, and the adult cash scramble.

Join in the fun of instructed painting of your own “Gnome”.  The $35 ticket includes: 2.5 hours of painting, a 16×20 stretched canvas to take home, your own easel to your on, paint, brushes, and aprons.  Also included will help from the art instructor so you can go home loving your new art piece.  Don’t forget get some great music.  Food and drinks available at your own expense.

Bring Neg. coggins and bring a friend. great way to knock the dust off the saddle & leg up that horse or just sit and watch – go at your own speed no pressure no rush .

Calling all Cowgirls, We are bringing our horses to the VA hospital for some outside  therapy for our favorite group of veterans.  If you are interested, please only bring a CALM horse…  The horses will be groomed, walked out and loved on, no riding.  ALL Cowgirls are encouraged to join us, especially if you are not bringing a horse, we need hands on the ground.. Green River, Wyoming – Attending “Cops & Dobbers” Fundraiser for Fallen Officer, Nevada Krinkee @ Sweetwater County Events Complex - Main Grandstands

“Cops & Dobbers” is Sweetwater County’s way of giving back to a fallen officer from the Sheridan Police Department.

Sheridan Police Officer Sgt. Nevada Krinkee was killed in the line of duty on 2/13/24.  Sgt. Krinkee leaves behind a loving wife and family.

The Green River Police Department, Rock Springs Police Department, and the Sweetwater County’s Sheriff’s Office are hosting a night of Bingo, silent auction, and raffles.  All funds raised will be donated to Sgt. Krinkee family.

 

The Food Dude will be providing for purchase as well as drinks will be available.

Finals in August.  Pays 1st-3rd places.  20$ per run. Enjoy an evening of painting a “Highland Cow”.  There are two nights available Wednesday April 3rd or Thursday April 5th, your choice.

Painting starts at 6pm and runs until 8:30pm.

The $35 class fee includes:  2.5 hours of painting with an instructor, 16 x 20 stretched canvas that you get to take home, your own easel to work on, all the paint and brushes needed, along with an apron.  Don’t worry they have stencils and the instructor is available to help as well.  Don’t forget to bring some extra cash for drinks and food.

Green River, Wyoming – Attending Paint & Create “Highland Cow” @ Santa Fe Southwest Grill

Enjoy an evening of painting a “Highland Cow”.  There are two nights available Wednesday April 3rd or Thursday April 5th, your choice.

Painting starts at 6pm and runs until 8:30pm.

The $35 class fee includes:  2.5 hours of painting with an instructor, 16 x 20 stretched canvas that you get to take home, your own easel to work on, all the paint and brushes needed, along with an apron.  Don’t worry they have stencils and the instructor is available to help as well.  Don’t forget to bring some extra cash for drinks and food.
