Lets kick this year off with a great meeting and planning session. Bring a friend, your ideas for events and fundraisers! Dinner, drinks during the meeting and trivia to follow! Please let us know if you are able to make it day of so that we can reserve a table.

FULL PARADE ATTIRE!!!!!!
Please have your 40SC pink blouse, 40SC black jacket, black felt hat or helmet, fuchsia wild rag, blue jeans. Horse needs 40SC black saddle pad, pink polo wraps. Depending on weather you can layer under parade attire. Gloves to be handed out at parade if they are to be used.
Please have your waivered filled out and either back to your Queen or mail them to FWSSR. I have placed the link below for you. They are due by Nov 30th, NO fax or email entries will be excepted. More information as it comes to us will be posted!
- All parade participants must review and sign a Participant Release Form. Release Forms must accompany the organization’s application at time of submission.
- Participants must carefully read and abide by all Parade rules.
- Health Papers: All horses and other equine are required to have proper health papers to participate in the parade or enter staging area. Riders must be in possession of health papers at all times. See ” Official Health Requirements” as provided in the application information for mandatory health requirements on horses and other equine.

Meet from noon to 1:00 for brief business discussion/sack lunch.
1:00-4:oo will be craft time. Blank gourds will be supplied along with availability of some paints and drilling/cutting/sanding tools. Do a little research beforehand and come prepared with a design in mind. Several design books are available to help with ideas.
Come ride at 4C, use the arena, obstacle course, round pen etc or just come hang out.

Nobody “needs” Teskeys. You go to Teskeys and Teskeys tells you what you need. Meet at 4C at 10 and we will head to Wetherford.
We will meet at the Kane County visitor Center at 10am.
The Dino 🦕 hike is around 20 to 25 min hike and there is a short yet steep climb to the top. The views are spectacular so be ready to take them in!

Come and hang out with us. Bring a horse or two. Play day!! Poles, polo, soccer, games, or whatever else we can come up with. $5 per horse to cover the cost of the arena. Money goes to Virgil.
Self care day for you + your horses! Please join us at the ranch for massages, facials and magnawave. There are limited spots so let me know what you would like to be reserved for!

We will be riding from Gentry Wimberely’s house to Canyon Road Bar and Grill. This will be a 6-7 mile ride with drink stops if needed. we are planning to unload at Gentrys then convoying trucks and trailers to Canyon Road we will have a cowgirl uber to take the drivers who are also riding back to the horses. Large meadow for parking big rigs. Trails are mixed high desert, two-track and cow trails with a few sections of volcanic rock. Gentle roling elevation changes. AERC organized endurance ride (fees are dependent on distance: 25, 55, 75) with a 10 mile introductory trail ride.
