We will be participating in the Rocket Donkey Productions Barrel Race in Clovis, NM. Come join us or cheer our Cowgirls on.

FULL PARADE ATTIRE!!!!!!
Please have your 40SC pink blouse, 40SC black jacket, black felt hat or helmet, fuchsia wild rag, blue jeans. Horse needs 40SC black saddle pad, pink polo wraps. Depending on weather you can layer under parade attire. Gloves to be handed out at parade if they are to be used.
Please have your waivered filled out and either back to your Queen or mail them to FWSSR. I have placed the link below for you. They are due by Nov 30th, NO fax or email entries will be excepted. More information as it comes to us will be posted!
- All parade participants must review and sign a Participant Release Form. Release Forms must accompany the organization’s application at time of submission.
- Participants must carefully read and abide by all Parade rules.
- Health Papers: All horses and other equine are required to have proper health papers to participate in the parade or enter staging area. Riders must be in possession of health papers at all times. See ” Official Health Requirements” as provided in the application information for mandatory health requirements on horses and other equine.

Bring out the horses and lets kick off this season in a fun way. We host monthly practice events. You can practice traditional clover-leaf barrels, poles, and any play day event you can think of. We enjoy several hours of arena riding and fun.
Join us for our first Round Up of 2024. We have not decided where to host just yet, but send me a message and I will let you know soon.
We will be attending the Connie Combs Barrel Clinic at the Mallet Arena in Levelland Tx. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from one of the industry’s best barrel racers.

Come join us at the first NBHA race held in Tx05 district. Its gonna be a fun 2 day event.

Bring a friend, your ideas for events and fundraisers! We will be doing a pot luck (facility is also BYOB) during the meeting. Afterwards there will be axe throwing, archery, corn hole & darts! Please let us know if you are able to make it day of so that we can plan the potluck and let the venue know a head count.

We will be riding from Gentry Wimberely’s house to Canyon Road Bar and Grill. This will be a 6-7 mile ride with drink stops if needed. we are planning to unload at Gentrys then convoying trucks and trailers to Canyon Road we will have a cowgirl uber to take the drivers who are also riding back to the horses. Turkey Creek Rodeo Club has Started their Open 4D barrel series. Exhibitons start at 4pm-6pm. Youth Barrels will begin at 6:30 entry fee is 35.00. Open Barrels will begin after youth runs entry fee is 45.00. 75% pay out on 1/2 splits this is a buckle series and you must attend 3 of the 5 to qualify for the buckle

Oregon Equestrian Trail is putting a prize ride. First ride is at 10a.m last ride out is 1pm, silent auction is at 3pm, bring a lunch food not supplied. Gonna be a lot of fun hope that ya’ll can attend. Competition in best matching pairs, best dressed. Obstacle courses challenge.

This is gonna be a fun monthly meeting!! massages and facials are available will list prices and availability closer to the event along with time it will start. As always with our events at the Tk it is BYOB and bring a shareable snack. we will plan all of next months events while being pampered and having loads of laughs.
