This is a focused Clinic for Ranch Trail obstacles goal and execution! Nathan Wells will work you through some ground time and saddle time. Requirements for this Clinic participation is the ability to walk, trot, and lope your horse. His training will be provide a breakdown of each obstacle and the best approach to the completed pattern. This will help the confidence of beginners as well as experienced rider!! Limited space for six (6) riders. Audit is $20 per person. Farmersville will be attending The 2nd Event in a Progressive Series of Liberty Training presented by East Texas Liberty and hosted by Sherri Gerstenkorn. Each Clinic session is $150. Audit is allowed at $50 per person and will give you a birds-eye perspective of the process! If this is a success and more interest is created, Sherri may offer this Series on a Monthly basis in conjunction with East Texas Liberty. Please feel free to contact Sherri!

Books open at 9AM, Events begin at 10AM. Age groups are 6 & Under, 7-12, 13-18, 19-39, 40 & Over. Classes include Poles, Straighaway Barrels, Cloverleaf Barrels, plus 2 Mystery Classes.
Playday Series dates include March 2 & 16, April 6 & 27, May 11 & 25, and June 15 & 29. High point Buckles will be given for each age group! **MUST ATTEND 6 OUT OF 8 PLAYDAYS IN THE SERIES TO QUALIFY FOR END OF SERIES AWARDS.**
Cost is $10 per Class or $40 for 5 Classes. Payment due in Cash or Zelle.
Join us for a Memorial Day Getaway for the whole family and our Cowgirls Friends!!! Cowgirls will be trail riding with ride out by 9:30; Men will be cooking!? You are welcome to bring your preferred food and throw it on our grill, or prepare your own. Remember, this is remote, so there will be no running to Chicken Express at the last minute. Be prepared for your family. We will have a “pot luck” sign-up for sides and desserts. Bring your Kiddos, bring your Grands, bring your Friends! Bring your horses, bring your chairs, or hammock. Relax and enjoy a fun day together!!
We have another Trail Ride Weekend organized by Trail Boss, Linda Deas. According to Linda, this is a very beautiful park to ride in and enjoy!!! You can come for the week or just to Day Ride! She will ride out at 10:30 am each day. Bring your lunch or food as needed. This Park has hookups that must be reserved at www.Reservations.gov. Please contact Linda with any questions!!
Ebenezer is another Federal Park Property. You can purchase a Lifetime Senior Membership Discount Card at www.Reservations.gov, or several other Memberships to pick from!

Wells Performance Horsemanship and Whispering Oaks Farm & Ranch are opening up the above dates to offer mini clinics aiming to get out of the Texas sun!! Start is 6pm and running to 9pm… you can ride for 1 hour, 2 hours, or stay for all 3! Nathan will provide instruction on various topics including warm-up Drills, Transitions, Lead Changes, Trail Obstacles, and Ranch Classes for the Show pen and more. This will be in the lighted outdoor arena, or indoor if raining. Reach out to Nathan at (903)440-3630 to get signed up and let him know you are coming!

This event is meant to educate in an interactive way. Each participant will get to practice safe methods to strengthen their connection with horses and offer relief. (Horses will be provided)
We will be discussing compensation patterns in relation to what discipline a horse may be doing.
Basic assessment of the horse and how to tell if they are sore/stiff.
Demonstrate and practice safe ways to stretch and massage a horse.
Go over anatomy that every horse owner should know.

Bring a drink, a snack, a chair, and sit a spell to listen to a detailed introduction Short Course on the use and benefits of a Percussion Massage Gun. This course is offered publicly and hosted by Whole Horse Sports Conditioning LLC; many of you already know Brittany Jo and Roxie. I have one of these guns and I am anxious to learn more and correct ways to use it.

This is one date of an Annual, multiple date Buckle Show Series (12 show dates in 2024) with 9 Divisions and 7 Classes. Classes include Ranch Halter, Ranch Rail, Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Reining, Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, and Mechanical Cow-work. Must compete in at least 6 of the total 12 shows to qualify for Year-End Placings! $100 Flat Fee per Division. Join us to watch 40SC Cowgirls compete or just come to observe and learn.
