The April “Spring Has Sprung” event will require pre-registration and the prizes will be gift cards.
We will be riding at Moss Lake weather permitting!!

Come join us for our May monthy round-up meeting, it will be at Queen Sharry’s house at 6:30pm on May 8th. We will be going over some St Paul volunteer information, we have some fun events coming up and Corporate has a special request for us. Our new 40 Something Cowgirl (volunteer) hats will be here soon. We would like to get a photo of the volunteers in their cute new hats, Corporate would like to see all your pretty faces.
This is a great way to support small business and some great hard working ladies. This will be the 3rd Cowhides and Cocktails Fashion Show, there will be 5 local small business boutiques. They will have 30+ new and exclusive fashion that is only available at the fashion show. A night filled with signature cocktails, charcuterie, dessert and shopping with you girls. Whether you are an experienced equestrian looking to bring your horse to a more advanced level, or less experienced and looking to feel more confident with your horse day-to-day! Greg’s tailored approach and master communication skills will help you work through challenges to reach those goals.
Excellent for someone new to working with Greg, young horses, or green horses.
Immersion and Refinement Classes will give you and your horse the opportunity to learn together with Greg. You’ll be working toward developing an understanding of how your horse learns, as well as acquiring the tools to build a solid foundation from feel. This is the beginning of a new relationship together.
*Host will determine best class for each participant.
Private 1 hr lessons available: $150 per hour.
Friday-Saturday-Sunday – Monday @ 5:00pm

Weather permitting we will giving all of our horses a bath at Princess Tonya’s house. Bring all of your shampoo and brushes.

We will be kicking off Summer and relaxing in the pool. (Weather Permitting)
You have to preregister for the St Paul Trail Ride, you can do that at the attached link.
Come ride along the Willamette River and through St Paul’s countryside rain or shine. Riders will be led by the St Paul Rodeo’s Royal Court through the Willamette Valley farmlands
7:30am-10:30am – St Paul Rodeo Trail Ride breakfast served in the Tack Room. Follow attached link to purchase tickets for breakfast.
Before 9:30am – All horse trailers must arrive to St Paul Rodeo grounds. NO trailers allowed to enter parking lot after 9:30am.
9:45am – Riders gather on horseback in warm-up arena located in parking lot.
10:00am – Trail Ride promptly begins
noon – BBQ lunch begins, hosted by the St Paul Jaycees, for participants after the Trail Ride.
All participants must sign up ahead of time. Parking lot on Rodeo Grounds will be open for trailer parking. Riders, please check in at the Rodeo entry office and pick up a back number before the ride. Experienced riders on safe horses are welcome. Ride covers approximately 8 miles and takes 2-3 hours.

We will be helping host the Western Themed Summer School kick off by bringing horses for the horse kissing booth and for the students to see. Please wear 40 Something Cowgirl attire.

Rascal Rodeo: “Helping those with physical and developmental disabilities discover unknown abilities in a unique, safe and modified rodeo environment.”
Come join the Newberg Chapter, we will be volunteering for this amazing event. Volunteers will receive Rascal Rodeo T-shirts for the event, we should all wear 40SC hats or ?? to represent ourselves as 40SC!!
