now that the weather has cooled off a bit , it’s time to hit the trails again

We are attending the 2024 Lampasas Riding Club High point 6 part series . Event Fees $6 per event(members) or $7 ( non members) (LRC membership is $50.00)

Come join us as we assist Rutledge clients enjoy the benefits of equine therapy. We will not be riding, but will be assisting young adults who are undergoing cancer treatments. Whether riding the trails or grooming horses, we need cowgirls there to help.
Patients will book through Rutledge at the direction of their medical advisers.

LBJ Grasslands ride. Approx 9 miles. Some of the girls may go ride Saturday and spend the night. You will have to coordinate Saturday on GroupMe. Sunday’s ride out time is 10:00. The difficulty level is a 2.5. Kristin Jaffe will be trail guide Sunday. She knows LBJ very well. Her contact info is here.

C Bar Ranch is one of our favorite places to go! This is a weekend trip but you can come for a day or stay for the weekend. Cowhand challenge!(sorting, penning, etc). All proceeds go to Rutledge Cancer Foundation! We will have a chuck wagon lunch available for purchase . This event is a benefit. Cowgirls only will have buckles to the winning team. The open division will have a payout. 4 man teams. Pre registration is encouraged and there will be a $50. Arrive between 2-3 pm. Line up is at 3:30 and the parade starts at 4. Coggins is required!
We love the stock show and Rodeo, we practically live there! If you go, take a selfie and we will add you to the roster. Specifically, we will do the following events:
Grand Entry 1/Go Pink night -be at trailer parking by 5:30 traditional parade attire
Grand Entry 1/TCU Night purple shirts, black 40SC vest
Grand Entry 1/Rutledge at 11 am performance arrive by 9:00 with long sleeve white shirt, black vest.
Grand Entry 1/Military Appreciation night- black vest and white shirt- we will provide red bandannas
black saddle blankets all days
***GE walkover with police escort is 1 hour prior to performance
*** all performances need pink wraps on front legs and pink wild rag unless otherwise stated.
All long sleeve shirts must be button ups. Arena attire!

you must have a physical copy of both your coggins and a health certificate to get your horse on the FWSSR grounds. No exceptions. They will not accept a coggins from your phone.
