Trainer Magen Allen will be coming to Shenandoah Bar M Ranch for a special 2-day clinic. Magen is a true all-around trainer with a background in everything from ranch, roping, barrels, and reining to western pleasure, English, and jumping. She is a Reserve World Champion with multiple other top 5 placings.
The clinic will be a general horsemanship clinic focusing on the goals of the individual riders. The cost of this 2 day clinic will be $200 or $40 to audit. Space is limited to 15 riders. Hurry to secure your spot with a $100 deposit now!
Space available for over night boarding.
Hickory Creek is a fun, fairly rugged ride. The area will be closed in Oct through Jan for hunting season. So this will be our last opportunity for awhile. You’ll need an OK hunting or fishing license to access their public lands. If you’re from TX & over 65, you’re exempt.

PLEASE NOTE: If you commit you will need to plan on attending. The facility may require a reservation fee as attendance has not been as planned in the past.

Friday night 6-9 PM practice to prepare for the event on Saturday. You do not have to participate in the event to come and practice with us! $35 and no membership required to participate.

We’re bringing back the historic Shawnee Trail Ride! The Shawnee Trail moved cattle from Dallas to Missouri in the 1800s. The trail crossed the Red River at Preston Point in Pottsboro. In the 1960s, some guys hitched up their wagons and rode horses from Pottsboro to Dallas to open the State Fair. The ride had its 50th anniversary in 2010 and disappeared.The 40SC are bringing it back! We’ll ride through the parade to kick off Frontier Days in Pottsboro and make a 14 mile loop to Hagerman Wildlife Refuge for lunch and back. Camping is available Fri & Sat nights.
Join us every Saturday, October 5th through March 15th as the greenhouses transform into an Indoor Winter Farmer’s Marketplace.
Vendors have been invited to sell what they make, grow, or raise.
They will have 40+ vendors each week on a rotating schedule to give their customers variety.
Horse of Hope Oregon is excited to welcome the community to come check out their facility, meet the therapy horses, and play games.
Purchase a horseback ride (ages 2-17). Meet the minis!
Carnival-style games, face-painting, raffle prizes and much more.
Food and drinks (including adult beverages for the 21+crowd) will be available for purchase.
Tickets for carnival games can be purchased on-site for $.50 per ticket.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the participants of Horses of Hope, an equine assisted therapy program located in Turner, Oregon.
Old Sorehead Trade Days is upon us! The streets of downtown Stanton, TX will be open to foot traffic only. Come out and enjoy live music, entertainment, arts and crafts, antiques, historical tours, trading lot, and delicious food.
Let’s join up with Brazos Trails Cowboy Church for a trail ride at the Grasslands. The ride will start at TADRA, and we will do the yellow trail, roughly 9 miles.

ACC Christmas Bazaar 2024 will be FRIDAY, November 15th, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm AND SATURDAY, November 16th 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Friday night will be Ladies Night! Come with your friends and get first picks of all the wonderful treasures their vendors have to offer! Tickets will be sold online or at the door.
For Friday night only, there will be free appys and non-alcoholic drinks, large value raffle prizes available only for Friday attenders that will be raffled off that evening. Along with their regular raffle area, special offers and little bit of swag and so much fun!
Tickets will be $8 online or $10 at the door and online special only of 4 tickets for $25!
Saturday’s event will be no charge!
There will have around 90 vendors offering a huge variety of high quality treasures.
There will be delicious breakfast and lunch offered, along with a huge bake sale, fabulous raffle area and their coffee bar.
This event is a fundraiser to support their women’s ministry program.
