Books open at 9AM, Events begin at 10AM. Age groups are 6 & Under, 7-12, 13-18, 19-39, 40 & Over. Classes include Poles, Straighaway Barrels, Cloverleaf Barrels, plus 2 Mystery Classes.
Playday Series dates include March 2 & 16, April 6 & 27, May 11 & 25, and June 15 & 29. High point Buckles will be given for each age group! **MUST ATTEND 6 OUT OF 8 PLAYDAYS IN THE SERIES TO QUALIFY FOR END OF SERIES AWARDS.**
Cost is $10 per Class or $40 for 5 Classes. Payment due in Cash or Zelle.
Join us for a Memorial Day Getaway for the whole family and our Cowgirls Friends!!! Cowgirls will be trail riding; Men will be cooking!? You are welcome to bring your preferred food and throw it on our grill, or prepare your own. Remember, this is remote, so there will be no running to Chicken Express at the last minute. Be prepared for your family. We will have a “pot luck” sign-up for sides and desserts. Bring your Kiddos, bring your Grands, bring your Friends! Bring your horses, bring your chairs, or hammock. Relax and enjoy a fun day together!!
We have another Trail Ride Weekend organized by Trail Boss, Linda Deas. According to Linda, this is a very beautiful park to ride in and enjoy!!! You can come for the week or just to Day Ride! She will ride out at 10:30 am each day. Bring your lunch or food as needed. This Park has hookups that must be reserved at www.Reservations.gov. Please contact Linda with any questions!!
Ebenezer is another Federal Park Property. You can purchase a Lifetime Senior Membership Discount Card at www.Reservations.gov, or several other Memberships to pick from!
Friday night practice to prepare for the buckle event on Saturday. You do not have to participate in the event to come and practice with us! $35 and no membership required to participate.

PCSP annual cattle drive from Millsap to the PCSP grounds. Further details on their website. RSVP so we can coordinate transportation. We will need trailers at both the starting points and the end. If we know who is coming we can coordinate it all!
There is a catered lunch at the possee grounds after the drive.
Come and join us in celebrating the start of the rodeo! This parade is always a good one with lots of community excitement. This parade will start at the 9th grade center, head north on Main St, go around the court house and the take us south on Waco St to return to the center.
Time to get together and support a local rodeo!

Ranch Sorting Practice put on by Tim Fields
Practice is $50.00 and starts at 6:00 PM. Possible Round Robin after practice $75 to participate. Must practice to enter Round robin.
Let’s have fun with the horses on some obstacles. There will be obstacles set up in the front pasture, arena and warm up pens will be open for riding. The church is going to have 3 Friday night events, 2 practices June and then a timed competition on August 16th that will be a patterned jackpot format. Come on out and share the covered arena for a morning of peaceful, comfortable, riding and training!! We will be here to help and assist, or just travel the trails in the dirt!! This is a focused Clinic for Ranch Rail, Ranch Pleasure, and Ranch Riding! Nathan Wells will work you through some ground time and saddle time. Requirements for this Clinic participation is the ability to walk, trot, and lope your horse. His training will be provide a breakdown of each Class and the best approach to the completed the Class. This will help the confidence of beginners as well as experienced rider!! Limited space for six (6) riders. Audit is $20 per person. We have been invited to camp, horseback ride and enjoy! This is the 57th Annual Little George and Lucy Havens Memorial Cowboy Camp Meeting. They have RV hookups, dry camping and will have some places for us to put our horses. There are quite a few planned activities for the camp for us to join in on if we choose. There is lots of land for us to explore, a tank for fishing, and other activities. This is going to be a great weekend for fellowship and building friendships. This is a family friendly event. There is no cost to camp here. There will be a flyer posted in a FB event with further details. Please text Heather with any questions.

We coined the phrase “Tramping” several years ago and it stuck… for a scheduled Trail and Camping Event! Plans now to be made for your Trail Riding week(end) or just a Vacation week(end). Linda is very familiar with the area and all the amenities. Shopping, Horse Races, Dining & Wining, as well as primitive camping. Bring your LQ, RV or Toy-Hauler! Now that we have gotten some obstacle practice in, let’s see our improvements. This will be a patterned jackpot for time. 3D format, paying 2 places in each division, 75% payout.
Watch it with us… the 2024 RUN FOR A MILLION !!! Bring you chair, your cooler, your snacks, your brew… whatever makes you happy and settle back for a fun evening in the “Barn” to watch the big screen telecast of this event! We will be participating, again, in the 2nd Annual Horse EXPO at Longhorn Arena in Greenville, TX. This Expo event will include Horse Products Vendors, Sale Horse Alley, Food Vendors, Demonstrations, New & Used Tack, Stallion Exhibits, and Horse Health. Farmersville will have a booth and represent 40 Something Cowgirls!! We will also attend and participate in EXPO Demonstrations. The 2023 1st Annual EXPO was a huge success for our Chapter!! MORE details to come in the next year! Stay Tuned!!
And in final summary, our participating Members will wrap up their competition 2024 year back at Henderson County Fair Grounds in Athens!!! Come out and cheer them on! Your appearance and support is greatly appreciated!
