We have another Trail Ride Weekend organized by Trail Boss, Linda Deas. According to Linda, this is a very beautiful park to ride in and enjoy!!! You can come for the week or just to Day Ride! She will ride out at 10:30 am each day. Bring your lunch or food as needed. This Park has hookups that must be reserved at www.Reservations.gov. Please contact Linda with any questions!!
Ebenezer is another Federal Park Property. You can purchase a Lifetime Senior Membership Discount Card at www.Reservations.gov, or several other Memberships to pick from!
Friday night practice to prepare for the buckle event on Saturday. You do not have to participate in the event to come and practice with us! $35 and no membership required to participate.

PCSP annual cattle drive from Millsap to the PCSP grounds. Further details on their website. RSVP so we can coordinate transportation. We will need trailers at both the starting points and the end. If we know who is coming we can coordinate it all!
There is a catered lunch at the possee grounds after the drive.
Come and join us in celebrating the start of the rodeo! This parade is always a good one with lots of community excitement. This parade will start at the 9th grade center, head north on Main St, go around the court house and the take us south on Waco St to return to the center.
Let’s gather, visit, and plan our next events! I have a challenge for everyone, bring a visitor! Try and find a friend that you think might like to become a member of the funest bunch around!

Cowgirls will be attending the Douglas County Mounted Posse meeting. This is another equestrian group in the area, and we attend so we can also help support their efforts in the horse community here.
A few Cowgirls just might be found here getting in some good Ranch Riding, Trail and Rail work!! Come out and join us! There are lots of entry level and advanced level Classes. You must compete in at least 5 of the 8 Shows to earn point placings for the Year-End Awards!

Ranch Sorting Practice put on by Tim Fields
Practice is $50.00 and starts at 6:00 PM. Possible Round Robin after practice $75 to participate. Must practice to enter Round robin.
Dust yer boots off and join us for line dancing at Workmans bar and grill. No experience necessary they provide instruction and teach two dances. Dancing starts at 7 pm but we are meeting at 6 to get food and drink
So crafty Queen Jen thinks we can do this easy craft, we will be making coasters out of tiles, temp tattoos and mod-podge. You would think she would learn that God gave each of us different gifts. Come on out and if anything, let me entertain yall!
Let’s have fun with the horses on some obstacles. There will be obstacles set up in the front pasture, arena and warm up pens will be open for riding. The church is going to have 3 Friday night events, 2 practices June and then a timed competition on August 16th that will be a patterned jackpot format. Come on out and share the covered arena for a morning of peaceful, comfortable, riding and training!! We will be here to help and assist, or just travel the trails in the dirt!! This is a focused Clinic for Ranch Rail, Ranch Pleasure, and Ranch Riding! Nathan Wells will work you through some ground time and saddle time. Requirements for this Clinic participation is the ability to walk, trot, and lope your horse. His training will be provide a breakdown of each Class and the best approach to the completed the Class. This will help the confidence of beginners as well as experienced rider!! Limited space for six (6) riders. Audit is $20 per person. We will be riding Mildred Kanipe trails monthly. Meeting at the trail head at 4 PM and heading out at from there. Beautiful trails with plenty of shade
We have been invited to camp, horseback ride and enjoy! This is the 57th Annual Little George and Lucy Havens Memorial Cowboy Camp Meeting. They have RV hookups, dry camping and will have some places for us to put our horses. There are quite a few planned activities for the camp for us to join in on if we choose. There is lots of land for us to explore, a tank for fishing, and other activities. This is going to be a great weekend for fellowship and building friendships. This is a family friendly event. There is no cost to camp here. There will be a flyer posted in a FB event with further details. Please text Heather with any questions.

Vet in after the 25’s are out on Friday, they leave at 1 pm. Your ride meeting will
be at 7:30 pm Friday evening.

Playday Series dates include March 2 & 16, April 6 & 27, May 11 & 25, and June 15 & 29. High point Buckles will be given for each age group! **MUST ATTEND 6 OUT OF 8 PLAYDAYS IN THE SERIES TO QUALIFY FOR END OF SERIES AWARDS.**
Cost is $10 per Class or $40 for 5 Classes. Payment due in Cash or Zelle.

We coined the phrase “Tramping” several years ago and it stuck… for a scheduled Trail and Camping Event! Plans now to be made for your Trail Riding week(end) or just a Vacation week(end). Now that we have gotten some obstacle practice in, let’s see our improvements. This will be a patterned jackpot for time. 3D format, paying 2 places in each division, 75% payout.
