Crispy Peach Cobbler

1 large can sliced peaches
2 C Sugar
2 C Water
2 sticks Oleo
Stir well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1 Cup Bisquick. Pour into greased 13×9 dish. Cut pie crust into strips and place across top and bottom of peaches. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until. Brown. Do not cook over 1 hours, usually 35-40 minutes.
