Our monthly meeting that usually falls on today’s date will be scheduled for next week 🙂 Today, we will be heading out to Caliber Equine LLC in Quinlan for a tour and demonstration of a couple things they have to offer.

Come join us for a fun filled evening of fellowship with a bunch of cowgirls and hear about all the fun events coming up and even help us plan more! We are always open to suggestions for events.

IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN!!!!
We are so excited to head out for our retreat at Train Robber Ranch for the 3rd year in a row!! Wonderful time had for all!
Once we get closer to the date we will figure out a place to meet and caravan for those who want to. Otherwise, we will meet you all down there.
This is a private retreat with limited spots available so let us know if you are interested in joining us. We will be leaving on Thursday, April 11th to head down there and coming back on that Sunday. The cost will be divided between everyone who signs up to go.
We always plan meals for dinner so that everyone can pitch in and bring something. We will plan this as we get closer as well.

RUN FOR THE ROSES Kentucky Derby party. Saturday, May 4th at 2:30.
This year is the 150th anniversary of the Derby and we’re going to celebrate with traditional big fancy hats and mint julips. The big race is at 5:45 but come early to watch the prelim races.
DON’T FORGET……MAKE THOSE HATS BIG AND SHOW THEM OFF AT THE PARTY!
This is a grown-up event. No young kids or pets please. Feel free to bring an appetizer if you’re inclined, or your favorite beverage.

so bring your lawn chair and let’s meet and support our amazing local law enforcement Agencies

With the heat of summer upon us, our cowgirl Rhonda would like to open her home and pool up to us for a fun get together!!
If you plan to come please contact her at the number listed above or contact Queen Christy at 469-682-6207 for the address for we do not publicize our cowgirls’ information on here. Please contact via text vs phone call for unknown numbers will most likely not be answered.
We do ask that you please bring a dish to share whether it be a fruit or veggie tray or some sort of dessert or finger foods. Also bring your drinks of choice and bring towels.
This will also be open to bringing your family members if you like, but again please let us know who all will be coming.

We are going to do something a little different……Today is the 1st day of Fall so we are going to say goodbye to summer and start the Fall season off right by having one last pool party at Cowgirl Kelly’s house. Meeting for the new Back Country Horseman Southern Highlands will be held in Fanklin this month at the Clarks Chapel Fire Station in the community meeting room. The meeting will start at 6:30 pm and last a couple of hours, so bring your own drinks and snacks, and note pad to take notes on important events to come. Also you can pay your dues at this meeting as well
We will be invading the Lazy TK for the weekend for our chapter retreat.. This is an exclusive chapter event…
