Cowgirls it’s time for our February roundup meeting.  Bring your ideas for up coming events, they can be horse or non horse.

March is going to be a busy month, lets kick it off with our monthly round-up.  Join us at 6:30pm for snacks and catching up, meeting will start at 7:15pm.

Meeting at the Alumni Building before we start coggins clinic over at Fairgrounds. Please bring your suggestions and ideas for rides, camping trips, summer horse swimming, and Christmas parties. I truly want to set up a Christmas gathering date at this meeting. And I want to discuss the amazing success our chapter has had and the positive impacts we are making in our community.

Our monthly meeting that usually falls on today’s date will be scheduled for next week 🙂 Today, we will be heading out to Caliber Equine LLC in Quinlan for a tour and demonstration of a couple things they have to offer.

Caliber Equine LLC in Quinlan, Texas is a dedicated equine fitness and rehabilitation facility. They work in conjunction with your current veterinarian or other health care providers to provide services that assist your horse in attaining and maintaining a naturally healthy state.

Join us for our monthly round-up meeting at Queen Sharry’s.  Meet and chat at 6:30pm meeting will start at 7:15pm

ALL ABOARD!!

Let somebody else take care of the cooking with this 2.5 hour ride and delicious brunch buffet.

Ticket includes, brunch buffet, coffee, water, hot tea.

Adults = $62 / Seniors = $54

They have a bar car that houses a full bar to serve up craft beer, mimosas, bloody marys and so much more.

They will run this ride rain or shine, please come dressed for the weather.

Train leaves at 10 am – Plan to arrive no later than 9:30 AM!

If you are wanting to purchase tickets please go to: Upcoming Rides – Santiam Excursion Trains (santiamexcursions.com) and purchase for the date listed on this event.  When you get towards to end of checking out there will be an option to put in if you would like to be put with another group.  Please put 40 Something Cowgirls in that spot so we can all sit together.

Queen Amber is hosting a Kentucky Derby Party!

This is the 150th Kentucky Derby presented by Woodford Reserve.  It is the world’s Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports.  And this year, the excitement is bigger than ever!

Finger Sandwiches and Mint Juleps will be served.

Dawn your Big Hat and your Brightest dress.  Awards to the best hat and overall outfit.

Come join us for our May monthy round-up meeting, it will be at Queen Sharry’s house at 6:30pm on May 8th.  We will be going over some St Paul volunteer information, we have some fun events coming up and Corporate has a special request for us.   Our new 40 Something Cowgirl (volunteer) hats will be here soon.  We would like to get a photo of the volunteers in their cute new hats, Corporate would like to see all your pretty faces.

Come on out for the 24th Annual Oregon Equestrian Trails Mid-Valley Chapter Poker Ride.

Directions: North on 9th St, go 1 mile, Left on Heritage Hills Rd, then follow the signs to TE Ranch.

$10 per hand or 3 hand for $20 (minimum one hand per rider)
Minors (under 18 yrs old) need a parent or guardian signature.

First rider out 9 am * Last rider out 12 pm * Awards at 2: 30 PM
NO DOGS PLEASE!

Food will be available for purchase from J&C BBQ.
