All-righty!! Sunday Funday is next week! August 11th!!!
What’s that, you ask?
Well… You bring your horse, and you grab something that can be a task or obstacle. 7-8am show up at D&D Livestock (outdoor arena), drop your obstacle/task item, and we will walk through at 8:05am. Folks explain their obstacle in the walkthrough. Then give space to each other, take your horse through on the ground to work any obstacle. Then, dewater or take care of any creature comforts, then we’ll have a horse & rider come through. We’ll make intervals so it’s a no pressure, have fun, try something new or old, and cheer each other on. Bring your coffee, bring a snack or your lunch—up to you to feed & refresh yourself.
Please NO dogs! Leave them at home.
All I need to know is what you’re bringing so there’s only 1 of that feature. Please don’t haul something that’s cumbersome. Not that this is what needs to be brought, here’s ideas to get your creative juices going…

No reservations required! Show up and ride the course anytime from 10am – 6pm

Full use of Mountain Trail Course and outdoor arena. Overnight Stalls and Camping available.
Please leave no trace…all manure, straw, shavings, hay, etc. needs to be picked up and disposed of before leaving. When you are ready to leave, please notify a staff member and they will check your area and return your haul in fee once cleaned. (Check with staff when signing in, but I believe the haul in fee is separate from the $25 per horse per day fee) 🙂

Join us to watch the thrills of a Professional Rodeo presented World Champions Rodeo Alliance at Tryon International Center. Events featured will include Bronc and Bull Riding, Steer Wrestling and Roping as well as Barrel Racing. Event starts at 7:30 and tickets (according to their website) will be going on sale soon.
