January – BackFire – If you don’t know how to play, we will teach you. It is really pretty easy, and fun!!
Come out with the Newberg Cowgirls for an evening of fun playing BINGO in Aurora, OR. BINGO is in support of the North Marion Community Library, read and ride program.

The lodge opens at 6:00 to claim your seats for Bingo. Bingo starts at 6:30- you DO NOT have to be a lodge member to play Bingo.
Food and beverages are also available for purchase.
The cost is $20 for 7 games of 9 cards each for straight Bingo.
During the break, they will run a 50/50 and do Queen of Hearts. Everyone can play the 50/50 but only members can play the Queen of Hearts.
You must play all first 7 games to play the Blackout at the end. The cost to play Blackout is $5 for 12 cards.

CSSHA holds Sunday afternoon practices with cattle twice a month at Lander’s LOTRA indoor arena this winter. Take advantage of practicing with cattle and a CowTrac flag for herdwork and cow horse experience from 1:00-4:00 Sunday afternoons on the Sundays listed below. (Sorry, but no roping.) If you are a member of LOTRA and CSSHA, the practice is free. If you are not a member of the LOTRA arena, it’s only $30 per person for all afternoon! (No practice if it’s zero degrees or lower on that day!) Annual LOTRA arena memberships are available at https://lotra.org.

Come help gather the cows at Mildred Kanipe Park. Sam Campbell will be there to help organize the gather. Boots in the stirrup at 10am, so arrive early to tack up and warm up your horse if needed. A trail ride after for those that would like to participate.
It is springtime and they are ready for a giant garage sale at the farm. There is something for everyone Friday 9 AM Saturday 9 AM

This is a benefit for Carly and Ben Hautala. Cade pass away on January 21, 2024. We will do a Silent Auction, Dollar Raffles and a food truck. We will begin playing Xtreme Music Bingo starting at 7 PM. Cost of the boards are $10.00 for your 1st and $5.00 for any additional boards per category. Categories will be determined soon. Join the cowgirls and area law enforcement agencies for a night of bingo, games, raffles and fun, honoring Fallen Officer Nevada Krinkee. This is a fundraiser for this young officer’s family. Come and play BINGO every Thursday! First round starts at 6:30pm so show up early to ensure you have time to get a seat and order some wine and/or food! Free play and loads of fun with wacky prizes you never knew you wanted.

Trail maintenance at Hickory Creek. Bring some loppers, something to drink and a snack and be ready to ride out at about 9 am to clear up some trails. Hickory Creek is a FUN place to ride and made even better, now that we have some marked trails. You’ll need an OK Conservation pass to ride there.

June 9th- taco lunch beginning at noon. $10 adult plate $5 child plate. Music Bingo at 2 pm. $10 first card $5 each additional. Both events will have cool prizes and raffles.
40Sc and MCHA team up to perform trail maintenance. Bush hogging, weed eating, tree removal, and litter pick up. There will be side by sides to carry all the coolers, chainsaws, gas, and hand tools. Tractors and mowers will be up mowing on trails behind ground crewas removing tree obstackkles. We are planning to clear the entire loop of Big Indian, Blackwell, Hurricane Creek, trail up to Albert Mntn, Thomas Branch and the campground. We will be camping at Hurricane Creek Primitive Campground. Volunteers coming in with horses arrive at 10am each day. Bring gloves, drinks, and your lunch and snacks,
Camp ground is &6 per day, you will need all your own horse containment system and supplies, feed, hay, water etc..
Let’s go have a fun night of bingo at Cedar Hollow Winery! This one has a little twist to it….this one is a Christmas in July, White Elephant Bingo night. We will take a wrapped bingo prize. It can be something you have lying around that you plan on donating, a regift, or something new ($10 value). This will be a night of Bourdeaux’s Bingo you don’t want to miss!!
