One of our newest Cowgirls Elaine Gober and her husband Travis our competing in the acoustic showdown, this event is part of care fest. winners of this event will go on to play at the big carefest concert on august 24. Elaine and her husband will take the stage @ 6:30. lets show our cowgirl some support and cheer her on
There will be activities on both Friday and Saturday: Great entertainment, delicious food, a kids section for play, and more!
We are grateful to the city of Breckenridge for supporting this event. It is thanks to this support that we are able to bring the community together for a weekend of entertainment and celebration. Let’s make this year’s Frontier Days the best one yet! Stay tuned for what is to come!

Join us for a Night of live music @ the Black Horse mercantile. Let’s support our very own cowgirl Elaine and her husband Travis as they take the stage with food and drinks and loud applause.
Join in on a fundraiser event for the Impact of the Horse.
Registration: Early entry, by Friday before event – $50 per entry, per horse – Adult Division
Late entry, day of event – $60 per entry, per horse – Adult Division
Early entry, By Friday before event – $40 per entry, per horse – Youth Division
Late entry, day of event – $50 per entry, per horse – Youth Division
Walk Through of Course: 8:30 am (on foot, no horses allowed)
Competition starts: 9 am
One Overall Champion of the Year will be awarded Grand Champion Buckle EYO Buckle to Champion in all classes.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a youth riding through the course, that same horse can not be used again in the adult part of competition. Some of the obstacles will be the same and that would give the adult rider a potential unfair advantage.
Class divisions as follows:
Adults: 18 & Over
Youth: 13 – 17
Peewee: 12 & under
In-Hand Class
This event is open to Horses both domestic & BLM, Mules, and burros
Lunch at 12 noon: Food Truck – Street Meats
