The cowgirls are headed North to Lubbock for the Wooly Winter Open Show at Texas Tech Equestrian Center. The shows starts with Halter at 8:00, and will likely last until 5:00 p.m. or later, ending with Ranch classes. Check out the following URL for more information:

Tack Store visit to Mount Holly Farm Supply followed by lunch at Jack Beagle’s. Start off at the Farm Supply at 10:30, followed by lunch at 12:00.
Mount Holly Farm Supply is located at 1120 S. Main St., Mt. Holly, NC at 10:30 a.m.
Jack Beagle’s address is 127 S. Main St., Mt. Holly, NC at 12:00 p.m.

Fun & educational experience. Registration ends July 12th. Entry fee is $10.00/horse + $3.00/class. Complete registration form on 4H.ZSUITE.ORG. Youth must be 8+ years, registered, and in good standing with Uinta County 4-H. Youth must have passed safety certification with each horse prior to the show.

Join us for at Tryon International Equestrian Center for a night of fun to cheer on the horses and riders as they soar over massive jumps and race through the timers. We could all carpool or caravan and meet early for dinner, arrive before 4:00 for free parking. The event is FREE, only fee looks parking after 4:00. Lots of food options and shopping!! Queen Contest is judged based on horsemanship, personality, and impromptu questions. Age Divisions: Princess 6-9 years. Jr. Queen 10-13 years. Queen 14-18 years. Call or text Staci Powell (307-780-7812). Entries July 6-10.
Members come on out to design and make your own hat! You will be transforming one of their stylish hats with a personalized burning technique. Choose your hat color and dive into the creative process, opting between stencil and free hand methods. All under the guidance of our expert instructors. This workshop starts at 10:00, should finished around 12:30-12:45.
If you can’t do the hat burning, we will be meeting for lunch around 1:00 in Waxhaw (location to be determined) and shopping at Waxhaw Tack Exchange as well!
Open Horse Show benefiting Southeastern Guide Dogs. Gates open at 6:00 a.m., start time for show 9:00 a.m. Come join us as we spectate, cheer on or compete while supporting a good cause. Join the 40 Something Cowgirls as they test their artistic abilities. At this event we will be painting a cute “Ostrich”. The event will be held at Sante Fe Southwest Grill on September 26, 2024 from 6pm to 8:30pm. The $35 ticket includes everything you need: 2.5hrs of painting, stencils, 16×20 stretched canvas to take home, your own easel to work on, paint, brushes, aprons, and help from the artist so you can enjoy your masterpiece.
