Come and join us for a HAT DECORATING PARTY. Put on by “Boss of the Plains”. $50.00 deposit required one week before the event. RSVP, head measurement/hat size and color preference needed. American Legion post 36 is hosting the Annual Independence Day Parade and BBQ. Line up will begin at 8:00 please register inside the Legion Hall for lineups. Parade begins at 11:00 then the BBQ will be served following the parade at the Legion Hall.
We are implementing a few new rules this year due to insurance purposes we ask that if you have a horse to please provide 3rd party insurance for your horses. Secondly if you are planning on giving out candy or other items to the crowd you will not be able to throw them from your vehicle or float, You may however have someone walk along side of your float and hand it out. Please be mindful of your surroundings and stay safe this 4th of July weekend!!
