Hey Belton cowgirls! We’re having a “just for fun” horse show at Tammy Farmer’s farm. There will be prizes and food and fun! You’re welcome to camp for the night if you want to visit or ride on Sunday. 131 Brock Rd Honea Path, SC.
SPRING 2024 PLAYDAY SERIES includes barrels, poles, 2 pole stake race, and straight away barrels.
Age divisions: Lead Line, 0-8 years, 9-13 years, 14-18 years, 19-30 years, and 31+ years
$5 per event-$20 one time series fee-One horse per rider to be enrolled in the series, multiple horses allowed in the daily awards.

Trott on over to Riverside Ranch on Saturday, June 15 to join the Mule Skinners club on a 9 mile trail ride filled with scenic water crossings, thick forest, terrain, quick elevation changes as well as natural and man-made obstacles.
Make sure to giddy up back to the barn in time for raffle prize giveaways that begin at 3:30 PM. You won’t wanna miss out on this one
Come on out and share the covered arena for a morning of peaceful, comfortable, riding and training!! We will be here to help and assist, or just travel the trails in the dirt!! Macon County Horse Association Spring Fun Show. 10 a.m. at Fairgrounds. There will be all the normal fun show activities plus speed events. Come out and play with your horses and challenge yourself with these fun games. There will be a concession stand with food & drinks so remember to bring cash. I would suggest lawn chairs, coolers with water & drink, snacks, and plenty of stuffed hay bags. You can even bring pop-up shade tents.. contact me or Lynda for info and/or directions. If you need a ride and pick up your horse let us know.
Events vary at each play day! Entry fee $20.00 for all events of $10 for one event. Saddles awarded to each age group (excluding lead line.) Must compete in 3 or 4 play days to eligible for prizes.

This has provided our COWGIRLS with great information and examples in the Stock Horse show pen. Come out and support your fellow COWGIRLS as they show off their skills and horsemanship!
As with any competition, interest grows and our COWGIRLS are honing their skills. Come out and cheer on our fellow COWGIRLS or participate in this great Association. Join us for a fun filled weekend. Pick your events and competition level and show off what your skills. Monthly clinics are held the Friday before the Show weekend, so make sure you attend to learn what the judges are looking for at that weekend show.

Clackamas County Sheriff’s Posse Annual Raffle Ride – July 14th.
First riders out at 9am ; Last riders out at 11am.
Grand Prize is $200
Additional prizes -Must be present to win.
Cost $30 per rider, kids under 10yrs is $10 (includes ride, one raffle ticket, and lunch)
There is a new parking area this year, just down the road from last year’s location. “We have updated the ride so you will not have to ride on logging roads and will stay in beautiful forest and fields.”
No smoking, No alcohol, No stallions, foals, or dogs.
