Books open at 9AM, Events begin at 10AM. Age groups are 6 & Under, 7-12, 13-18, 19-39, 40 & Over. Classes include Poles, Straighaway Barrels, Cloverleaf Barrels, plus 2 Mystery Classes.
Playday Series dates include March 2 & 16, April 6 & 27, May 11 & 25, and June 15 & 29. High point Buckles will be given for each age group! **MUST ATTEND 6 OUT OF 8 PLAYDAYS IN THE SERIES TO QUALIFY FOR END OF SERIES AWARDS.**
Cost is $10 per Class or $40 for 5 Classes. Payment due in Cash or Zelle.
Events vary at each play day! Entry fee $20.00 for all events of $10 for one event. Saddles awarded to each age group (excluding lead line.) Must compete in 3 or 4 play days to eligible for prizes.
There is an annual membership fee. $10 entry fee, per event.

Come on out and join us for some sortin’ fun. Starts at 10am. If you don’t want to sort, bring a chair and watch, always fun…100$ limit 10.
Great trails no reservations needed
Come and have fun and practice your trail skills. Amy will make it interesting and add a treasure hunt. Then we’ll test our skills with a horsey partner and play a few games. We will break for lunch. Amy will supply pulled pork sandwiches. Bring a side dish or desert to share. Amy will have water, otherwise please bring what you want to drink. There will be prizes. $10.00 charge per horse trailer. This event is for 40SC members and their immediate family members.

Practice is $50.00 and starts at 6:00 PM. Possible Round Robin after practice $75 to participate. Must practice to enter Round robin.

Come on out and share the covered arena for a morning of peaceful, comfortable, riding and training!! We will be here to help and assist, or just travel the trails in the dirt!! We have been invited to camp, horseback ride and enjoy! This is the 57th Annual Little George and Lucy Havens Memorial Cowboy Camp Meeting. They have RV hookups, dry camping and will have some places for us to put our horses. There are quite a few planned activities for the camp for us to join in on if we choose. There is lots of land for us to explore, a tank for fishing, and other activities. This is going to be a great weekend for fellowship and building friendships. This is a family friendly event. There is no cost to camp here. There will be a flyer posted in a FB event with further details. Please text Heather with any questions.
Cowgirl Traci will host the chapter for another weekend of camping and riding. Members only event. Message us for location information.

Key Sheep Springs Horse Camp Regulations
- Bring only weed-free certified hay. (No local forage available.)
- Horses must be kept in stalls provided, and may not be tethered or picketed outside of stalls.
- Quiet Hours extend from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Prevent the spread of invasive pests by obtaining firewood locally.
- Fires are only permitted in designated fire receptacles and must be attended. Fires must be extinguished upon departure.
- Pets must be kept on leash and attended at all times.
- Secure food and scented items from bears.

We coined the phrase “Tramping” several years ago and it stuck… for a scheduled Trail and Camping Event! Plans now to be made for your Trail Riding week(end) or just a Vacation week(end). Linda is very familiar with the area and all the amenities. Shopping, Horse Races, Dining & Wining, as well as primitive camping. Bring your LQ, RV or Toy-Hauler! Join Diane Tupper for a fun camp week. Diane has camped here numerous times and loves the serene tranquil area. Lots of horse trails to be ridden. Lots of memories to be made.
This would be a great trip to ride share as the roads can be a bit intimidating for some.
