Let’s have fun with the horses on some obstacles. There will be obstacles set up in the front pasture, arena and warm up pens will be open for riding. The church is going to have 3 Friday night events, 2 practices June and then a timed competition on August 16th that will be a patterned jackpot format. The flyer can be found on Brazos Trails FB page or Poolville Chapter page.
Park is open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Distance is about 2 hours’ hauling drive from Port Orchard area of SR 16. See Belfair, WA Chapter FB page or contact Chapter Queen Wendy Morrow for details on coordinating time for Cowgirls to go together.
Cost: $25 per horse/per day + $20 refundable Haul-in Fee per horse. All manure, straw/shavings, trash must be picked up and disposed of before leaving. Staff member will inspect your area and return the haul-in fee when clean.
Open ride – Full use of the Mountain Trail Park and outdoor arena. Free parking and stalls available.

This has provided our COWGIRLS with great information and examples in the Stock Horse show pen. Come out and support your fellow COWGIRLS as they show off their skills and horsemanship!
As with any competition, interest grows and our COWGIRLS are honing their skills. Come out and cheer on our fellow COWGIRLS or participate in this great Association. Join us for a fun filled weekend. Pick your events and competition level and show off what your skills. Monthly clinics are held the Friday before the Show weekend, so make sure you attend to learn what the judges are looking for at that weekend show.

With the winter months upon us and the weather is not the greatest, come join us on a trip to National Roper’s Supply. For some of our cowgirls this will be a first, so come out with us and have some fun!

International Day celebrates the diverse heritage of Rock Springs each July. Known as the “Home of 56 Nationalities,” different cultures are celebrated all day through food, exhibits, costumes and live entertainment. It is the only ethnic festival of its kind in Wyoming, so you won’t want to miss it! This year’s annual festival features a wide range of local, regional, and international entertainment, activities for kids, exotic foods and unique vendor items. Performers from various parts of the world provide a smorgasbord of music and dance entertainment throughout the day. Food, drinks, music, arts, crafts and more all with free admission! Tack Store visit to Mount Holly Farm Supply followed by lunch at Jack Beagle’s. Start off at the Farm Supply at 10:30, followed by lunch at 12:00.

We will be participating, again, in the 2nd Annual Horse EXPO at Longhorn Arena in Greenville, TX. This Expo event will include Horse Products Vendors, Sale Horse Alley, Food Vendors, Demonstrations, New & Used Tack, Stallion Exhibits, and Horse Health. Farmersville will have a booth and represent 40 Something Cowgirls!! We will also attend and participate in EXPO Demonstrations. The 2023 1st Annual EXPO was a huge success for our Chapter!! ACC Christmas Bazaar 2024 will be FRIDAY, November 15th, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm AND SATURDAY, November 16th 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Friday night will be Ladies Night! Come with your friends and get first picks of all the wonderful treasures their vendors have to offer! Tickets will be sold online or at the door.
For Friday night only, there will be free appys and non-alcoholic drinks, large value raffle prizes available only for Friday attenders that will be raffled off that evening. Along with their regular raffle area, special offers and little bit of swag and so much fun!
Tickets will be $8 online or $10 at the door and online special only of 4 tickets for $25!
Saturday’s event will be no charge!
There will have around 90 vendors offering a huge variety of high quality treasures.
There will be delicious breakfast and lunch offered, along with a huge bake sale, fabulous raffle area and their coffee bar.
This event is a fundraiser to support their women’s ministry program.
And in final summary, our participating Members will wrap up their competition 2024 year back at Henderson County Fair Grounds in Athens!!! Come out and cheer them on! Your appearance and support is greatly appreciated!
As our interest grows and our Chapter Members develop their Ranch Competition skills, we will continue to participate in this great East Texas Stock Horse association!!
