Join us to watch the thrills of a Professional Rodeo presented World Champions Rodeo Alliance at Tryon International Center. Events featured will include Bronc and Bull Riding, Steer Wrestling and Roping as well as Barrel Racing. Event starts at 7:30 and tickets (according to their website) will be going on sale soon. Come join us for an evening full of fun, laughter, and planning of future events. Cedar Hollow Winery is a very welcoming place for a gathering with great food and tasty wine along with the most amazing employees who make you feel at home.
Bring your ideas to the table for fun things to do with or without our horses. We need to plan our Christmas party, for that will be upon us soon!!
We will also do our raffle for an awesome prize. 1 ticket for $5 or 5 tickets for $20. If you would like an extra ticket to better your chances with the purchase of your ticket/tickets bring a bag of candy that we will donate to a local cowboy church for their trunk or treat.

Enjoy a fantastic weekend working with Carson James! Come see why Carson is considered to be one of the few with a ‘total package’ approach. He says, “Horsemanship is the one and only method that will work for every horse.” Learn how to adjust your ask and timing, better read your horse, get to your horse’s mind, and improve your relationship to obtain better results. Learn techniques to deal with most any problem and how to avoid them. Come laugh, meet new friend and become a better horseman, all while spending a weekend with your horse! What could be better?
Two days of hands-on small group sessions both groundwork and mounted.

Lodging-
◇Bunkhouse lodging is available on site but space is very limited. Four bunks per room. Bring your own linens. $20/per person- per night.
◇Dry Camping – generators are welcome. $25/night

This clinic is run by Lone Star Equine Solutions at Cedar Creek Run in Greenville.
Cost:$150 a rider with a Non refundable $50 deposit. Deposit must be made prior to clinic by cashapp, zelle, or venmo. Call or text Lauren Milster @ 214-862-0638 to register. Lunch will be provided.
This clinic will be teaching your horse respect and obstacle training from the ground. This will enhance your relationship, communication, and trust between you and your horse.

Join us as we kick off the winter series of Wild West Outlaws Gymkhanas, on October 26, 2024 in the indoor arena at Sweetwater Events Complex. Entry fees are $10 per event. Our very own 40 Something Cowgirl – Wendy Deini-Pruden – will be hosting and assisting this event. Workshop will be held on November 16th from 10:00 till 4:00. We love the stock show and Rodeo, we practically live there! If you go, take a selfie and we will add you to the roster. Specifically, we will do the following events:
Grand Entry 1/Go Pink night -be at trailer parking by 5:30 traditional parade attire
Grand Entry 1/TCU Night purple shirts, black 40SC vest
Grand Entry 1/Rutledge at 11 am performance arrive by 9:00 with long sleeve white shirt, black vest.
Grand Entry 1/Military Appreciation night- black vest and white shirt- we will provide red bandannas
black saddle blankets all days
***GE walkover with police escort is 1 hour prior to performance
*** all performances need pink wraps on front legs and pink wild rag unless otherwise stated.
All long sleeve shirts must be button ups. Arena attire!
Shopping ‘til we drop on MLK day!
you must have a physical copy of both your coggins and a health certificate to get your horse on the FWSSR grounds. No exceptions. They will not accept a coggins from your phone.

We will plan to ride in the Grand Entry so come join us!!
Must be there ready to line up at 7:00 pm to participate in the Grand Entry. Rodeo starts at 7:30.
Tickets are $10/person and kids 5 and under are free. CASH only at the gate. No online ticket sales. There will be an ATM outside the gate if need be. However, if you participate in the Grand Entry your admission is FREE!!
We will be participating in full 40SC parade gear. This being: Pink button up 40SC blouse, straw hat, boots, jeans, and pink polo wraps or splint boots on front legs of your horses and if you have the 40SC saddle pad cover you may use that as well.
