Come join us for a fun filled night of fellowship and sisterhood with a special educational presentation by LCI Merritt Livestock Insurance regarding the ins and outs of equine insurance. How it works, the pros, the costs, etc.

Doc’s Bar and Grill has an event venue just to the left of the archway entrance. Mini Doc’s provides a private building, bar and wait staff.

Croft State Park Camp and Ride with the Kings Mountain NC Chapter from Mar 7-10th.
This park located in Spartanburg, SC is widely popular and is known around the region for its equestrian facilities. The park regularly hosts shows in its arena and boasts more than 20 miles of equestrian trails. Mostly flat trails, rocky and roots in some areas.

Whether a member or not take a evening to round up with us to join and help plan some events as a group of cowgirls,maybe something you have in mind and always wanted to do…will be interesting and fun for all! Get the scoop on upcoming events!
We always include a door prize to one lucky participant!

Manchester Spring Trail Ride Camp and Ride
Located in Pinewood, SC
Reservations are accepted usually one -two months prior to the event. The event is a fundraiser for the Manchester Trail Riders Club. These folks put a lot of work into it and make sure everyone has a great time.
Mostly flat and sandy trails. Awesome trail ride with food, bands and vendors!
Water/Power at each site. Bathhouse on site. You’ll need to high line or corral your horse.
Please let Joelle know if you’d like to go and she can give you the number for registration once it opens up.

Meeting at the Alumni Building before we start coggins clinic over at Fairgrounds. Please bring your suggestions and ideas for rides, camping trips, summer horse swimming, and Christmas parties. I truly want to set up a Christmas gathering date at this meeting. And I want to discuss the amazing success our chapter has had and the positive impacts we are making in our community.

Parade starts at 4 pm and a current coggins is require s to participate. We will be in white shirts, black 40SC vests, black hats and Kelly green bandanas!

Macon County Horse Association meeting. The general meeting begins at 7 pm, all cowgirl members will meet at the Alumni building
Come join us for our monthly meeting at Cowgirl Tammys house. We will discuss past events and plan future adventures. Cowgirl Tammy is gonna cook dinner, so please feel free to bring a beverage and or a dessert… All are welcome

4B Farm and Campground Camp and Ride
Located adjacent to the Uwharrie National Forest and at the Badin Lake Recreation Area. Miles of trails with minimal inclines. Some areas are rocky and roots. Boots or shoes recommended.

Come join the Laurens Club memorial for Mr Shull, spring ride. Primitive camping, generators allowed. Steak dinner on Saturday night with entertainment. Sandy road trails mostly. Come as Elizabeth Bigham’s guest for 25$. Please contact Libby (864) 9081717 before April 5th to reserve dinner. We’ll have a chili cook off Friday night. T shirts available to buy at camp. Pens or high lines for horses. Negative coggins required.

Caney Mountain Horse Camp in approx an 8 hour drive from Fort Worth. There are numerous videos on YouTube featuring Caney Mountain and all that it has to offer. It will be magnificent with all of the Spring foliage. This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and your mount. They have guides and trails for all levels of riders. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS. There is a restaurant at the camp. It is near Big Flat. You will see a sign that says Leatherwood Wilderness and another sign that says 1118. Directions are on their website campsites are $30.00 per night no hook ups available generator only. uncovered stalls are $10 per night covered are $20 Water is available and there is a bath house.
Lee State Park Camp and Ride
487 Loop Rd., Bishopville, SC
Trails that run along the Lynches River. Sandy and flat terrain, no shoes nor boots necessary.
Each campsite has two horse corrals, as well as power and water. There is a bath house in the campground as well.
