Monthly dinner gathering will be at Los Cabos on February 27, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Kari won the basket, so she will bring it to this dinner. We decided to donate a buckle for the Sweetwater Ranch Sort Club, and also for the Wild West Outlaws gymkhana 40 and over age group. Slush fund is $492.00. before the deduction for buckles.

This is a benefit for Carly and Ben Hautala. Cade pass away on January 21, 2024. We will do a Silent Auction, Dollar Raffles and a food truck. We will begin playing Xtreme Music Bingo starting at 7 PM. Cost of the boards are $10.00 for your 1st and $5.00 for any additional boards per category. Categories will be determined soon. Come join us at Queen Candace’s for some fun games on the 3rd Friday of EVERY month! We will switch it up from time to time on what games we are playing, but it will always be a great time. Bring a snack to share, Punch and water will be provided.

This is the 69th year to hold the annual fundraiser in support of our little parish of St. Helen’s. Lots of great raffle prizes and lots of great auction items. Dinner is Corned Beef and Irish Stew. Come on out! Tickets available at the door. See you there.

We have a monthly Craft night on the 3rd Tuesday of Every Month. They will be held at Joy Haut’s house. We will select the craft during our Monthly Roundup the previous month, to give Joy time to get all the supplies.

Join the cowgirls and area law enforcement agencies for a night of bingo, games, raffles and fun, honoring Fallen Officer Nevada Krinkee. This is a fundraiser for this young officer’s family. Bingo cards are $10 each. Event will be on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Doors open at 6 pm. Please see flyer for further details.

Join us for our monthly grub night on March 28, 2024 at 6:30 pm at Marty’s Family Restaurant on Elk Street in Rock Springs. Topics of discussion will be our slush fund, upcoming events, memberships and much more. Hope to see everyone there. Kari won the basket and will bring it this month.

Join us for a practice Mounted shooting session March 30, 2024 10 am – 2 pm, priced at $20 per person. You can either bring your own blanks or purchase 10 blanks from us for $7.
Afterwards, enjoy a fun filled day with the 40SC moving cattle in the arena and some lively line dancing with Cowgirl Melanie Bourque. Don’t forget to bring your own Berverage.

Your $35 ticket includes: 2.5 hours of painting • 16 x 20 stretched canvas to take home • Your own easel to work on • Paint, brushes and aprons • Help from the artist so you can go home loving your new piece! • Great Music!

Over 30 interactive activities for kids as well as a petting zoo, equipment display, tradeshow and pony rides (free of charge).
This year, parking is free and admission is $15. Kids 15 & under get FREE admission!

Shenandoah Bar M Ranch welcomes the cowgirls to visit the Ranch during the Shenandoah Bar M open house event.
Beginning at 9:00 a.m., the public is invited to tour the facility during which time a light breakfast will be provided. Tours of the property will be given. We will ride at 12:00. As a group, we can decide whether to do an arena ride, obstacle course, trail ride, or all three!
