This ride is presented by the Southwest Washington Regional Appaloosa Club located in Moscow, Idaho. A portion of the proceeds go to the youth program of Chief Joseph Foundation.
Come join this ride. You can paint up your horses with spots/dots, hearts or what ever will make it fun. Decorate away!
The ride is $30 which includes 2 raffle tickets into the general raffle and lunch. Extra tickets are $5 for 2 tickets. $5 of the $30 goes directly to the Evergreen Sportsmen Club for parking.

Annual Wine and Food Classic will have some of your returning favorites and some new producers, including 50+ of the regions best wineries, chefs, bakers, breweries, distilleries, artists, artisans and musicians. All proceeds go to support children’s education.
East Texas Stock Horse Show! Come out and show off your skills and horsemanship. East Texas Stock Horse Association has continued to provide an excellent show series and trainers. This has provided our COWGIRLS with great information and examples in the Stock Horse show pen. Come out and support your fellow COWGIRLS as they show off their skills and horsemanship!
As with any competition, interest grows and our COWGIRLS are honing their skills. Come out and cheer on our fellow COWGIRLS or participate in this great Association. Join us for a fun filled weekend. Pick your events and competition level and show off what your skills. Monthly clinics are held the Friday before the Show weekend, so make sure you attend to learn what the judges are looking for at that weekend show.

We will begin playing Xtreme Music Bingo starting at 7 PM. Cost of the boards are $10.00 for your 1st and $5.00 for any additional boards per category. Categories will be determined soon. Its Roundup time! We’re trying a new place in a favorite old location! Join us for drinks, dinner, and chatting about all things horsey! Bring $2 for the raffle and ideas for some fun trouble to get into.
Come join us for some really fun obstacle practice on Friday and then enter the fun jackpot on Saturday. There will be divisions depending on number entered to spread the winnings to all levels of horses and riders! We’ll have an in-hand and a riding class! Practice is from 6-10 Friday, come and go as you can. It’ll be open group practice to work on whatever you need. We will have approximately 20 obstacles to work on. Bring your babies, bring your seasoned horses. Practice in hand or mounted! We’ll be there to help you and your horse along! It’s going to be a GREAT time!!
Barn Dance & Line Dancing Lessons at Granville (Granite Falls) Grange Hall! Doors open at 6pm & Line Dancing Lessons start at 7pm until 9pm. Open dancing between lessons and at 9pm. Miller Meats Food Truck will be set up and serving great food starting at 4pm. This is a FREE event open to every one of all ages!! POP UP vendors will also be on site! Since we are all trying to save some $$s for one reason or another, Maria and Whispering Oaks Farm & Ranch have offered to Host a barn “Watch Party” for The American Performance Horseman. (The Globe Life tickets with any decent view are high, and their refreshments are as well.) This competition will be aired by Fox Sports 1, so check your local listings.
The greats will be in class competitions, including but not limited to, Casey Deary, Cade McCutcheon, Sarah Dawson, Andrea Fappani, Corey Cushing and Jason Vanlandingham!! There are 5 designated Teams of 3 each competing, so this will take a while. In the meantime, so much fun to be had!! Contact Maria or me for details. FCSC Annual Tack Swap. We will have indoor vendors on two floors of our clubhouse and outside spaces available. More information to follow. Sign ups should be available at the end of December. Mark your calendars!
The FCSC Annual Tack Swap has been set for Saturday, March 9th. They will be using the same format as last year with both inside and outside spots available to rent. First space is $25 and extra spaces can be added at $15 each. This allows for social distancing and was a big help to the success of last year’s event. This is a clinic ran by Matea Baabcock to help build your horse’s confidence and have fun. Learn the leadership skills needed to ger your horse crossing obstacles relaxed and willingly. You will find out how you as the rider can cultivate a strong focus and help de-spook your horse on all kinds of obstacles.
$500/rider for the weekend or $250/rider per day.
Early bird discount: Pay before February 1, 2024 and come for $400/rider for the weekend (non-refundable and non-transferable.)

The Caddo National Grasslands WMA is located in Fannin County about 70 miles northeast of Dallas near Bonham. From Dallas take US 75 north for 35 miles to the SH 121 exit going to Bonham, another 35 miles to Bonham, and then about 15-20 miles northeast of Bonham to the WMA. SH 121 connects to US 82 at Bonham. Stay on US 82 18 miles to Honey Grove.
