this event has been cancelled due to the impending weather , a cold front with strong winds
it’ll be a warm and sunny day to get and enjoy the trails at Lake Proctor

Trail ride is rated easy with some areas that will have small hills , sand and gravel

We will be riding from Gentry Wimberely’s house to Canyon Road Bar and Grill. This will be a 6-7 mile ride with drink stops if needed. we are planning to unload at Gentrys then convoying trucks and trailers to Canyon Road we will have a cowgirl uber to take the drivers who are also riding back to the horses. Lake Protor ride in Comanche is both beautiful and scenic
ride last about an hour and a half and is rated easy with some rocks and sand

Come out and ride with us to Boozy Slush located in Lavon. They have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If we all want a snack, we can ride over to Sonic that is a short distance down the road.
We will meet at either Mallard Park that is located off HWY 78 near HWY 6 or the picnic area that is next door to Mallard Park. If you do park at the picnic area, please carpool or bring a small trailer.
For those of you going, it is a 10mile round trip ride.
Anyone can participate in the 4Pen Jackpot so if you want to come out and ride with us let us know! We will be happy to have you out there!
Summer is almost over! Time to get in one last trail ride before September starts! Join us at Big Mineral Equestrian Camp for a fun time on the trails. Pack a lunch or snacks to bring with you on the trail. Ride out by 10:00am

Come join us for our first ride of FALL at Lake Lavon, Brockdale trailhead. Brockdale has ample parking, water trough for the horses, and a vault toilet on sight to use before our ride out. Bring a snack or lunch and come join us for lots of fun!
Now that Mother Nature isn’t trying to cook us, come join us for a fun ride to Boozy Slush, located in Lavon! We always have lots of fun and laughs on this ride.

now that the weather has cooled off a bit , it’s time to hit the trails again
lake proctor has beautiful scenic views , and if were lucky we might just see the American eagles flying near the lake

Meet us at 10:00am and be ready to ride out by 10:30am. We will ride to Donuts R More at 101 N. Mcdonald St. STE 101, McKinney, TX 75069. After donuts, we will ride through downtown McKinney and enjoy the weather and the small town downtown atmosphere.
