1/15/24 Update: Since we had to reschedule the January 13, 2024 FYFS and Browband Workshops to January 27, 2024, Cowgirl Liz has offered to host our January meeting at her house in conjunction with the other events. Our January meeting will be held at 12:30. Immediately following the meeting will be the FYFS workshop and then, browband making.
Please email for location and additional information. This meeting will be held at a private residence, and we will not be publicly posting the address.
Due to weather, this event has been rescheduled from 1/13/24 to 1/27/24.
One of our cowgirls is hosting a equitation workshop at 1 PM at her private residence. At 3 PM, the same member will host a browband making workshop. Space available for 6-10 participants. Cost is about $10 for leather, plus any bling you would like to add.

We have scheduled a day of shopping at Lebedas Star Boots! They will be opening the doors for us about 11:30Am. We will be meeting about 10:00 Am at Kristins house to carpool . 1909 Millbrook Ave Neptune NJ

Join our Marvelous Mavericks riding the trails around the lake at Abilene State Park.
Check in at the office to show proof of negative coggins, and pay the $5/person park entrance fee.
Make a U-turn around the office and go back out to the highway. Go Left for 1 mile. Lake entrance is on the right. We park near the swimming area or in the first boat ramp parking lot.
The trail is a 2 hour ride. Bathrooms are close to parking. Yes, there are areas where you can water your horse.

Doc’s Bar and Grill has an event venue just to the left of the archway entrance. Mini Doc’s provides a private building, bar and wait staff.

Rendezvous is a state sponsored event put on by Back Country Horsemen of Washington that is open to the public. This is a non-riding event. We offer educational classes, shopping, social and informative events and seminars. There are no fees for anything other than the Saturday nights catered dinner and the on-site camping. Looking forward to our Annual Spring Retreat @Lazy TK Ranch! Get ready for some world class Western swing music, yodeling lesson & Cowgirl poetry w/Devon Dawson & Teresa Burleson on Friday night!
Plenty of time to rest, relax and/or ride on this lovely ranch.
A certified massage therapist will be available for appointments @ ranch. $35/30 minutes & $75 for one hour if 2 or more. ( This will be at your own expense) .
This is a closed chapter event. Must pay Liesa Kennedy or Babe Chambers $100 by no later than 14 Feb 2024.
Rocking RJ Ranch – Stephenville: Ribbons, Cows and Fun and good food!!First show is March 16. There will be a cow practice on Friday starting at 4. Bring your trainer or just practice following a cow. Each cow is $20.
We have added a MUSTANG group! We have continued the walk trot division.
We have reduced the office fee to $15 per family.
All other prices are on flyer below.Show starts at 9. You may sign up Friday night or just use this easy jotform.
And show registration will begin on that morning at 7.There will be 3 judges for each course.

This is a invite to all whom would like to join us on this event to ride and hike the trails of Neptunes Shark River Park with Neptunes Cowgirls!
We will be having corned beef and cabbage and potatoes made by our cowgirls!!
Whether a member or not come on out meet us and see some horses!!! We enjoy opening up our passion to our local shore communities!
Don’t forget apples and carrots for our giant furry kids!! Make sure you dress the best in your green!!
