June 9th- taco lunch beginning at noon. $10 adult plate $5 child plate. Music Bingo at 2 pm. $10 first card $5 each additional. Both events will have cool prizes and raffles.

Dr White From Parkway vet clinic will be at the Bakkens arena taking appointments for Vaccines, sheath cleaning and teeth floating . Appointment required, contact Lisa for a time .

Join us for a Night of live music @ the Black Horse mercantile. Let’s support our very own cowgirl Elaine and her husband Travis as they take the stage with food and drinks and loud applause.
Free to the Public. The Annual Rods & Rails Car Show welcomes car enthusiasts from Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and more! Food trucks, face painting, raffle baskets and great music. Fundraiser for the Girls and Boys Club of Sweetwater County.
Come on out and share the covered arena for a morning of peaceful, comfortable, riding and training!! We will be here to help and assist, or just travel the trails in the dirt!! If you need assistance, do not hesitate to ask. Casual fun day… bring your preferred drinks and snacks for fellowship after riding!! Please do not forget to sign Arena Waiver and drop your $20 for Honor System payments!
This is a focused Clinic for Ranch Rail, Ranch Pleasure, and Ranch Riding! Nathan Wells will work you through some ground time and saddle time. Requirements for this Clinic participation is the ability to walk, trot, and lope your horse. His training will be provide a breakdown of each Class and the best approach to the completed the Class. This will help the confidence of beginners as well as experienced rider!! Limited space for six (6) riders. Audit is $20 per person. Save the date and get ready to cool down with a stout or lager while appreciating friendships, live entertainment and fresh air at the annual Sweetwater Blues n’ Brews on June 15, 2 pm to 7 pm in Bunning Park, Downtown Rock Springs.

This will be a refresh course on acupressure points . No horses need to attend ..horses will be provide for hands on work . RSVP to Lisa

Friday’s 25 miler starts at 1 pm, meeting at noon. Vet’s will be there Friday
morning.
Saturday’s Intro Ride, 35/ 50 / 75 milers, for those of you riding on Saturday, please
Vet in after the 25’s are out on Friday, they leave at 1 pm. Your ride meeting will
be at 7:30 pm Friday evening.

Our ride benefits horse rescue efforts in our community ~ come ride and
support us, or come volunteer. This is one of the most beautiful ride camps in
the NW.
We were also awarded a grant from PNER to improve the soil bedding in the
horse corrals at this camp so please check out what your PNER Trail
Committee money goes to! These collaborations are important!

Books open at 9AM, Events begin at 10AM. Age groups are 6 & Under, 7-12, 13-18, 19-39, 40 & Over. Classes include Poles, Straighaway Barrels, Cloverleaf Barrels, plus 2 Mystery Classes.
Playday Series dates include March 2 & 16, April 6 & 27, May 11 & 25, and June 15 & 29. High point Buckles will be given for each age group! **MUST ATTEND 6 OUT OF 8 PLAYDAYS IN THE SERIES TO QUALIFY FOR END OF SERIES AWARDS.**
Cost is $10 per Class or $40 for 5 Classes. Payment due in Cash or Zelle.
Cowgirls will be attending the Douglas County Mounted Posse meeting. This is another equestrian group in the area, and we attend so we can also help support their efforts in the horse community here.

We coined the phrase “Tramping” several years ago and it stuck… for a scheduled Trail and Camping Event! Plans now to be made for your Trail Riding week(end) or just a Vacation week(end). Linda is very familiar with the area and all the amenities. Shopping, Horse Races, Dining & Wining, as well as primitive camping. Bring your LQ, RV or Toy-Hauler! International Day celebrates the diverse heritage of Rock Springs each July. Known as the “Home of 56 Nationalities,” different cultures are celebrated all day through food, exhibits, costumes and live entertainment. It is the only ethnic festival of its kind in Wyoming, so you won’t want to miss it! This year’s annual festival features a wide range of local, regional, and international entertainment, activities for kids, exotic foods and unique vendor items. Performers from various parts of the world provide a smorgasbord of music and dance entertainment throughout the day. Food, drinks, music, arts, crafts and more all with free admission! See you on July 13th in Bunning Park!
