$5 per event, $5 per exhibition, 2 free exhibitions w/church attendance, $20 one time series fee.

For the third year we are making beautiful horse head wreaths for Christmas. All wreaths are 1 of a kind, painted and built by you!

**PRIVATE PARTY** Cowgirl Kelly has kindly opened her home for us to celebrate our friendship that we have developed over the years through 40SC. It’s amazing how horses have brought us together.
Kelly will be providing the turkey and ham and the rest of us will sign up to bring other dishes to make this a wonderful Friendsgiving day. So, come join us and share your story of how you became a cowgirl and why you joined 40SC and what you are thankful for in the group.

The Fox Parade of Lights is a beautiful way to bring in the Christmas season! Join us as we light up our horses for a bright and festive parade!
The parade starts at 6:30. We like to get there early for lineup, help with polos, get our woohoos out and get used to the event noise, lights and congestion. This event is best suited for seasoned parade horses. Thankfully, no candy will be allowed to be tossed.
We will wear Santa hats or helmet , dark jeans, boots, pink gloves and the following 40SC parade attire:
Pink shirt, pink polos, black jacket, black saddle blanket
Join us for our 3rd Annual Santa’s Country Christmas ride! Parking will be in the adjacent parking lot to the location. Please be saddled and ready to go by 6:30pm. There are exotic animals and loud music playing so please make sure your horse will tolerate it. There will be cars following us through the display.

Join our Cowgirls for a fun evening and fellowship during the Potosi Community Center monthly potluck and game night. At 5:30 potluck begins with games to follow. This is a great monthly event that has been going steady for years. Don’t be shy! Bring a dish to share.

Join us for the Wylie Christmas Parade! Let’s show our Christmas spirit and decorate our horses! We will be parking in the vacant grassy lot off of Birmingham st. We NEED designated manure scoopers for the parade. We also will need a volunteer to carry our chapter banner.
Join us for dinner after the Wylie Christmas Parade! It has been a tradition for 3yrs now to have tacos after the parade! There is parking at the back of the parking lot or in the Burger King parking lot next door.

Well, it’s a day for women to celebrate their friendships with their lady friends and our club has developed some wonderful lifetime friendships through our horses. Meet us for dinner at Charlie’s Old Fashioned Burgers! We can talk about the day’s events and what awaits us on the last day of competition.
Meet us for lunch at Jeff’s BBQ in Nevada, TX off Hwy 78. It is a small food truck know for it’s FANTASTIC BBQ! Grab a bit with us before heading home with your equine competitors!
Stop and have breakfast with us before we head out to Train Robber Ranch with the Troup Chapter! Bucee’s is next door so if you don’t have a taste for Whataburger, grab a Bucee’s breakfast burrito!
It’s that time again!!!! We will be heading out on 4/10/25 for our annual retreat. This will be our 4th year of going and making memories together!!
This is a PRIVATE Chapter Retreat.
Plans will be made for caravanning and carpooling the closer we get to our trip as well as dinner plans.
