There will be 4 events this season:
- 1:1 Sorting
- 1:1 Penning
- Barrels
- Timed Trail (Speed Trail)

Age Divisions and entry fees (limited to 20 per group:
- 17 & Under – $125.00
- 18-39 – $175.00
- 40 & over – $175.00

ATTENTION COWGIRLS!!!!
Please join us for our FIRST ANNUAL 40 SOMETHING COWGIRL CHALLENGE! We will be partnering with Bar Double G Quarter Horses in producing this event!
** NEGATIVE COGGINS REQUIRED**
Starting with approximately 15 (4-rider) teams.
**Cost will be $100 per rider/ $400 per team of 4 cowgirls (pay fees by cash/ check/ cash app/ venmo/ zelle/ paypal/ or credit card**
Limited stalls/ pens & RV spots available (FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ENTRY FEE). Primitive camping available.
Concessions will be open.
Check in will be Friday, May 17th starting at 6:00pm.
Events will start on Saturday, May 18th.
EVENTS WILL INCLUDE:
- Ranch penning
- Saddle Horse Race
- Arena Sorting
- Pony Express Race
- Cattle Drive
- Obstacle Challenge
50% PAYBACK INCLUDING AWARDS

Let’s go to the Rodeo!
Join us for some rodeo fun! Bring your spouse and/or kids for a fun night! Contact Christy O. for ticket information. She will be collecting all the ticket money and get our seats together!
We may even ride in the Grand Entry, we have to contact the arena for more information, so check back here for more details.

Let’s plan to ride in Rodeo grand entry on Saturday.
Grand entry starts at 7pm. Let’s meet in the parking lot at 6pm sharp to get ready and line up!
Dress code for the grand entry:
- Pink long sleeve 40Sc shirt
- straw hat
- pink splint boots or polo wraps
Getting together to get crafty. Trying our hand at gnomes….
Franklin Camping at Deep Creek Horse Camp in Bryson City down the road to the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park Deep Creek Entrance. Must Call James Clark at 828-736-1270 to make reservations – he does not take online reservations. Once settled into to the beautiful camp alongside the beautiful creek go pick out at trailer from his numerous stock trailers available for guests to go explore different sections of the park with endless horse trails. Campground has electric and water hook ups, and dump station at departure.
Back Country Horsemen of North east Georgia is holding the annual Rendenza at Whetstone Horse Camp – please contact Katie Adams for site reservations and accommodations and meal tickets. All day riders are to be present and ready to ride out at 10am from the day parking area.
We pack up and head to TBarS on October 3rd!! This is one of our favorite places to camp! If you haven’t made it a point to go, you really should. We normally have so many going that we reserve the entire campsite. However, this year there were only 10 spots available out of the 16 and I believe we have filled those already. So, if you want to join us let us know and we can see if we can add you to our campsite or see if they had someone back out on their reservations.
We usually try to caravan so we will make plans for that the closer we get.
It’s that time again!!!! We will be heading out on 4/10/25 for our annual retreat. This will be our 4th year of going and making memories together!!
This is a PRIVATE Chapter Retreat.
Plans will be made for caravanning and carpooling the closer we get to our trip as well as dinner plans.
