Duane Poole, the branding man, will be there to place the brands. Branded horses are less likely to be stolen, plus it looks cool!

Rendezvous is a state sponsored event put on by Back Country Horsemen of Washington that is open to the public. This is a non-riding event. We offer educational classes, shopping, social and informative events and seminars. There are no fees for anything other than the Saturday nights catered dinner and the on-site camping. See website for additional information.

Auditing cost is $20 per day or $50 for all 3 days. Bring your own chair, food, drink, notepad, and pen.

Remaining payment of $100 plus $10 haul-in fee can be paid upon arrival.
Auditors welcome at $20 each. Carpooling encouraged due to parking limitations.
Maximum trailer size is 3-horse slant. No Shows will not be refunded. Bring your own lunch.
AM will cover basic dressage/flatwork foundation needed for WE and any discipline you ride. PM will cover select obstacles used in WE and proper way to execute them and how to link them together as when riding a course.
Michelle Fanning will teach ranch riding and reining patterns and how to better understand each maneuver found in these patterns.

Please contact Joelle to RESERVE your spot and time. Certified equine dental team Barbara Brooks and David Kelly will be performing teeth floating and sheath cleaning. Cost is $100 for Teeth/Sheath or if you just need Sheath it’s $30. Please bring CASH or CHECK for payment, as well as some extra cash for our Boot for our two charities! We are keeping this a MEMBERS only event, unless we can’t fill all our time slots. So if you have a friend that needs this service, let Joelle know so we can put them on our reserve list.
This event will be held at Donna and Tim Frye’s farm, plenty of parking, complete pull through. Use 2455 Charlotte Hwy., York, SC in your GPS. When you arrive, use the entrance to the pasture with the gate. Do NOT go down the private drive to the home.
Plans change sometimes due to rain and inclement weather.
We can’t tube but we can eat, drink beers and throw axes!!!!

Two classes: Groundwork or Riding $450 each class or $800 for both classes for all 3 days

Groundwork class: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Riding class: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Indoor stalls or temporary 12×12 outdoor pens available. Daily haul-in available.
A multi-generation family owned and operated vineyard and winery nestled on 40 acre estate in the Tryon foothills. Let’s meet at 1:00 for an afternoon at this beautiful vineyard.
Get your guns out and let’s practice our shots!! Meet at Shooters Express at 1:00. Guns for rent onsite and bullets for sale at the range.
Finally, we will ride a complete Ranch Riding pattern to put what we learned into practice.
Cost is $125 for cowgirls; $150 for others. Cash or checks only made payable to Lori Hadley. PM Lori for payment details. Haul in is included.
Must pay in advance. No refunds. Deadline for cowgirls is Sept. 5. Then any available spots will open to non-members.
