Wavra’s Indoor Winter Market runs every Saturday through March 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the farm, 7882 Jordan St. S.E. It’s off Highway 22 just southeast of Salem.

In celebration of our Chapter’s fantastic year and the Birth of our Lord, we are gathering to celebrate each other and our growing horse friendship.  We will have an exciting party at Sweetwater in a designated private area.  It may be loud… but so are we!!!

Our monthly Grub night will be on January 25, 2024 at Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant on Foothill Blvd. We will be discussing upcoming events, year end awards party, holiday party, slush funds, memberships and much more. With the winter months upon us, we are planning some shopping trips.  our first one is to 4T  in Ben Wheeler.  Then we will go have lunch.  Make it a fun day of hanging out together!

Monthly dinner gathering will be at Los Cabos on February 27, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Kari won the basket, so she will bring it to this dinner. We decided to donate a buckle for the Sweetwater Ranch Sort Club, and also for the Wild West Outlaws gymkhana 40 and over age group. Slush fund is $492.00. before the deduction for buckles.

FCSC Annual Tack Swap. We will have indoor vendors on two floors of our clubhouse and outside spaces available. More information to follow. Sign ups should be available at the end of December. Mark your calendars!

The FCSC Annual Tack Swap has been set for Saturday, March 9th.  They will be using the same format as last year with both inside and outside spots available to rent.  First space is $25 and extra spaces can be added at $15 each.  This allows for social distancing and was a big help to the success of last year’s event.  For more information contact Jean Lewis at 509-521-8996 or email at [email protected].
