Rendezvous is a state sponsored event put on by Back Country Horsemen of Washington that is open to the public. This is a non-riding event. We offer educational classes, shopping, social and informative events and seminars. There are no fees for anything other than the Saturday nights catered dinner and the on-site camping. Jim welcomes both western & english riders.  Whether your horse is under saddle or still in the ground work stages of training, Jim is very well versatile and knowledgeable.

Come prepared to answer the question, “What do you want to learn/work on?”  Jim wants to help you with your goals and that is why he does one hour one-on-one sessions.

A one hour session with your horse is $160.

If you chose not to bring a horse there is a $25 per day audit fee.  Clinic participants are welcome to audit all riders sessions at no additional charge.

Sessions start at 9am and go until 5pm, with a one hour lunch break from noon to 1pm.

Participants must prepay in advance to reserve their spot.

Green River 40 Something Cowgirl, Kari Moneyhun, has teamed up with Sara Lowe of Sagebrush Training to offer a two-day confidence clinic focusing on ranch and trail obstacles.  These clinic are fun, encouraging, and full of laughter.  Sagebrush Sara works on building each rider up and strengthening your relationship with your horse.

Cost is $400 for the two day clinic.  Current 40 Something Cowgirl members get a 10% discount!

SPACE IS LIMITED

Pre-register by 5/1/24, $200 non-refundable deposit is required.  Remainder due one week before the event.

Ranch Horse classes including Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Rail, Ranch Riding with Angela Hoke Greenshields
We will work through the various ranch horse maneuvers and pick a few to work on based on the needs of the group.
Finally, we will ride a complete Ranch Riding pattern to put what we learned into practice.
Cost is $125 for cowgirls; $150 for others. Cash or checks only made payable to Lori Hadley. PM Lori for payment details. Haul in is included.
Must pay in advance. No refunds. Deadline for cowgirls is Sept. 5. Then any available spots will open to non-members.
September meeting will happen during the lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30.
Auditors are welcome for a $10 fee.

Stanton, TX Attending Horsemanship Clinic with Magen Allen @ Shenandoah Bar M Ranch

Trainer Magen Allen will be coming to Shenandoah Bar M Ranch for a special 2-day clinic. Magen is a true all-around trainer with a background in everything from ranch, roping, barrels, and reining to western pleasure, English, and jumping. She is a Reserve World Champion with multiple other top 5 placings.

The clinic will be a general horsemanship clinic focusing on the goals of the individual riders. The cost of this 2 day clinic will be $200 or $40 to audit. Space is limited to 15 riders. Hurry to secure your spot with a $100 deposit now!
