Welcome to the 40 Something Cowgirls – Charleston, WV Chapter, where the spirit of the Wild West meets the charm of the Appalachian mountains! We’re a vibrant group of women in our 40s and beyond, ready to embrace life with adventure, laughter, and a whole lot of heart. Whether we're riding the trails, exploring the hills of West Virginia, or simply gathering to share a moment of joy, we live life to the fullest with the strength and grit of true cowgirls.

In Charleston, we celebrate the beauty of sisterhood, the thrill of new experiences, and the power of living boldly, no matter your age. From horseback rides to cozy get-togethers, we inspire each other to chase our dreams, lift each other up, and make memories that will last a lifetime. So, pull on your boots, throw on your hat, and join us as we saddle up for fun, friendship, and the ride of a lifetime. The open trail is calling—let’s make it unforgettable!

    Welcome to the Sisterhood Series Challenge! February's theme: Love Well--Cowgirl Style.

    This year-long experience was created for one simple reason: none of us were meant to do life alone.

    At 40 Something Cowgirls, sisterhood is the heartbeat of who we are. It’s showing up, lifting each other up, caring for ourselves and our communities, and choosing connection over isolation.

    Each month, you’ll be invited into a new, optional challenge focused on encouragement, reflection, service, and growth. No pressure. No perfection. Loud or quiet, public or private — it all counts.

    ✨ What to expect throughout the year:
    • Monthly challenges
    • Opportunities to log experiences and share stories
    • Monthly Zoom gatherings
    • Fun surprises and small rewards along the way
    • End-of-year recognition for those who walk the full journey

    This isn’t about doing more.
