Membership & Chapter Fees:

• Membership and chapter fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once processed, these fees cannot be refunded.

Unused Merchandise:

• We accept returns on unused items with original tags intact within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original, unused condition.

Returns After 30 Days:

• Returns requested after 30 days may still be considered for store credit, but approval is required. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your return.

How to Return an Item:

• Provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
• Return shipping fees may apply, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
