  Welcome to the Sisterhood Series Challenge! February's theme: Love Well--Cowgirl Style.

  This year-long experience was created for one simple reason: none of us were meant to do life alone.

  At 40 Something Cowgirls, sisterhood is the heartbeat of who we are. It’s showing up, lifting each other up, caring for ourselves and our communities, and choosing connection over isolation.

  Each month, you’ll be invited into a new, optional challenge focused on encouragement, reflection, service, and growth. No pressure. No perfection. Loud or quiet, public or private — it all counts.

  Join us for a high-energy, hands-on class where both horse and rider become more supple, balanced and connected-all from the ground.

  Riders move through guided stretch sequences for hips, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and ankles, with equestrian-specific focuses like mounting mobility, shock-absorbing joints, and posture alignment. You will learn how tight areas affect your seat and cues.

  Horses will do safe in-hand stretches and mobility exercises-- carrot stretches, belly lifts, tail pulls, foreleg and hind-leg extensions--all taught with correct positioning and timing.

  Energetic, practical, and partnership-building; a flexibility workout for both ends of the lead rope.

  Class will be led by Katherine Moriarity.

  $40.00 per person, wear comfortable clothes you are able to move/bend in.

  Ready to go have some fun in the sand? Join us for our annual Beach Ride Camping trip to Ocean Acres in Grayland August 7th-9th.

  Arrive Friday 8/7 and set up camp.

  Saturday 8/8 Morning Beach ride, afternoon group activities and Potluck Dinner, campfire evening fun.

  Sunday 8/9 Morning Beach ride, potluck lunch, group pics. Pack up to head home.
