Eastland Chamber of Commerce is hosting a festival named after their town mascot Rip.  The Event starts at 9am with a parade at 10am and ends at 4pm.  We will gather there at 1pm to enjoy the festivities. It is a Free Event with a kid's street area, Car Show and Live Entertainment.  There will also be food, crafts, artisans and vendor items for sale.
