Have you always wanted to try aerial yoga?  Here's your chance!

This will be a beginner class to introduce you to basic yoga essentials, and discover the benefits of incorporating hammock silks as a prop to improve flexibility, stability, & balance into your practice.

Improve alignment & balance.  

Achieve a deeper muscle stretch.

Decompress.

Bring a yoga mat & water. (mats are avail for rent if needed)
