A calming guided meditation paired with immersive sound healing designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Settle into the peaceful atmosphere of Helios and let the sound carry you inward. Starts at 7pm, bring a yoga mat, & anything to feel more comfortable, blanket, pillow, eye mask.  This is truly a treat! Free admission.
