We connect mature women with a passion for horses, fun, and friendship, both locally and globally. Through an interactive social network and various events, the community supports women in building relationships, sharing experiences, and enjoying new adventures.

Let’s kick off spring by giving back to the park we love and spending time together as a club!

Join the Friends of Kings Mountain State Park for our Welcome Spring FOKM Work Day. We’ll spend the morning working on park projects, then gather for a relaxed cookout and fellowship.

Work Day: Morning park projects starting at 8:00 AM Please Bring: Work gloves, shovels, shears, and rakes Cookout: Hamburgers, hot dogs, sides, and drinks provided Serving Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Community: Reconnect with members and welcome new friends

If you’re unable to participate in the morning workday, we would still love for you to join us for lunch and fellowship. Our goal is to boost attendance, strengthen friendships, and bring our members together as we welcome a new season at the park.

Bring your tools, bring your appetite, and bring a friend — we can’t wait to see everyone there!
