Meghan Anders is an experienced horse owner and educator with a passion for horse safety and first aid. She enjoys helping riders of all levels gain practical skills to keep their horses healthy and safe.

Event Description:
Learn how to assess your horse’s vital signs, including heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, gut sounds, capillary refill time, and weight. This hands-on session will teach you how to detect early signs of illness or distress, as well as how to monitor your horse’s weight for trailering safely and accurate medication dosing.
