The 40 Something Cowgirls are saddling up for Swede Day 2026!

Next year, you’ll spot the Rochester chapter of 40 Something Cowgirls riding proud in the Swede Day Parade — honoring tradition, sisterhood, and small-town spirit, all from the saddle.

Dressed in our signature pink with a little western flair, we’re excited to bring horsepower of a different kind to the streets of Rochester. From seasoned riders to new faces, we represent women supporting women, all ages and backgrounds, coming together for fun, community, and the love of horses.

Catch us waving from horseback, smiling wide, and riding with pride — and be sure to give a big “yeehaw!” as we pass by. See y’all in the parade ring next Swede Day!
