Bring your own bag or pick one up at the 3 locations:

• The Stellar Cellar (403 North Front Street)
• Rock Springs Library (400 C Street)
• Rock Springs Historical Museum (201 B Street)

Stop by the Rock Springs Civic Center for their Halloween Hoopla - including costume contests, bounce houses, games, candy, and more! 1 to 5 pm, Just $2 admission
