Davy Crockett Nation Forest Trail Ride
October 17-19, 2025
Come join us to ride the 50+ miles of marked trails of the Piney Creek Horse Trail in the Davy Crockett National Forest. We will be camped at the beautiful TbarS Horse Camp at 6387 FM 2781 Kennard, TX 75847. Make hookup and cabin reservations at TbarS website.
Friday 6:00 Check In and Meet N Greet at the pavilion–please bring an appetizer to share.
Guided ride out times to be determined or ride on your own
Lunch and afternoon ride on your own
6:00 Potluck dinner, TETRA providing the main course and paper goods.
Guided ride out times or ride on your own
Break camp and depart by 1 PM
FEES: The TETRA ride fee is $30.00 for members $40.00 for non-members. Children 18 years of age and younger are no charge and must be accompanied by a paying riding adult. Day Rider fee is $20.00/day, Meals/non-rider, $10. Please register at tetratrails.org pay online or onsite.
Ride and Park Rules: Current negative Coggins required, all dogs must be on leash and are not allowed on trails, horses who are prone to kick must have a red flag on their tail.
