Multiple deposits/guests:
If you wish for your guests to pay individually you can, however it could effect the balance or deposit on your stay, so be sure guests understand this, if someone backs out this might leave you short. We are happy to assist you in any way we can to make it easier for you to book. We can keep a record of what payments have been received, be sure they note what ride to apply it to and use the correct mailing address. We will keep track of payments of your guests for you and keep you updated.

A couple of weeks prior to your arrival I will send you a welcome packet which will have maps, video tutorial links, driving information, scavenger hunt and much more.
