Join us for The Cleveland County Hearts and Hooves volunteer orientation and equine safety training. Learn about the program, volunteer positions and how to safely interact with horses. No experience necessary, all training will be provided.   Cleveland County Hearts and Hooves is a non-profit organization that provides Equine Assisted Learning to children with special needs in Cleveland County.  They need volunteers as Horse Leaders and Handlers, Side Walkers, and Arena Helpers.  The program runs through the school year on Tuesday and Thursdays (9:30 to 1:30).  The program utilizes privately owned horses that are assessed as suitable for therapy work.  Our chapter has several members who donate their time and equines to this organization, and we have also supported them with monetary donations.
